I forgot to say you joined You Tube only 2 months ago. Maybe you’re not familiar with the medium but it’s perfectly ok to give an opinion or suggestion. I’ve been a subscriber to MMK and EFM since the inception of their channels. In my experience they are ok with the opinions of their subscribers. You didn’t like my opinion but had the burning desire to express yours. Do you see the irony. Probably not..or not yet. It is easy to take a sip of water or remove oneself as a courtesy to others. I have had the need to cough as a member of an audience. To be considerate of others I have removed myself. I’ve been at many Broadway plays where the actors have asked a coughing audience member to excuse themselves till they can be quiet because everyone has paid to see the show. People opening candy wrappers too. You’re probably one of the offenders here who put yourself above everyone else and have no self awareness.

Billy and Jo's stories about life with Elvis are priceless! I wish they would put them down in a book for us. I gaurentee it would be a Best Seller! I know Id treasure it and I'm positive Elvis fans would also! I'm so afraid the human side of Elvis will be lost when they are no longer here! His generosity to charities and random acts of kindness won't be. But, the love kindness and generosity to his family ( different members of the family) that they observed, would be wonderful. Billy Stanley has written a wonderful book about his spiritual side and words of wisdom Elvis gave him. Billy Stanley really loves and misses Elvis to this day. He also reminds me so much of Billy Smith,the down to earth way he talks and his sincerity. Unlike his mother and brothers that have just looked for their 15 minutes of fame and constantly criticizing Elvis and bringing up the drug use. Also promoting the idea that Elvis fied of a overdose. David Stanley has even said that Rlvis deliberately overdosed! Billy Stanley doesn't talk about Any of that! Anyway I just just want to thank you once again Danielle for including those of us that couldn't be there. Even though I've heard Billy tell some of the stories on MMK and EFM channels,it never gets old! I pass the stories I can remember onto my youngest son, that is a big Elvis fan now. He's now wanting to take me to see Graceland etc. God Bless the whole Smith family in all your endeavors with good health as well. Sandi from SC ❤

Rick Stanley wrote a very good book "Touched by Two Kings" and discussed it when he visited churches. I attended his message at a church here long ago. If he later disparaged Elvis he sure changed his tune. Do you perhaps have Rick and Billy Stanley confused? (I have not read Billy Stanley's book.)

I believe Elvis was closest to Billy and Jo out of all the people who were around him all those years , Billy is blood family to Elvis he was with Elvis when they were both poor , that’s why they all moved to Memphis for a better life , but Billy and Joe would never say that bragging , Elvis trusted them the most , they were with him the last night he was alive , when Lisa Marie didn’t go to except the presidential medal of freedom they should of asked Billy and Joe to accept it , not the guy who fun’s Graceland , he never even met Elvis .

I'm not sure where to post questions for future videos, so I hope you don't mind if I do it here, It has been reported that Elvis was a little concerned about his audience would react to his 1968 televised Christmas Show, which is now referred to as the '68 Comeback Special'. Were Billy and Jo at one of the tapings in the audience, and if so what were your thoughts about it. Also, were you with Elvis when he watched this televised special in his living room at Graceland the night it was aired, and if so, what was Elvis's reaction to it? Steve Binder did a superb job with producing this show, and I watched a lengthy interview where he describes how he and Elvis went in a totally different direction for the content that what the Colonel had wanted and kept it all under wraps so the Colonel didn't;t see it until it was too late. The '68 Comeback Special has been credited to have revived and added a boost to Elvis's career at the time, and over half a century later, it is still exciting to watch. My favourite parts are when he is adlibbing with his guys on stage and the closing with Elvis singing 'If I can a dream". In Steve Bider's interview about the making of this show, he gives a lot of interesting stories of behind the scenes. Elvis was looking for a special and meaningful song to close the show. Even without the cultural events going on at the time and with MLK, this song and the way he sang it was powerful. I heard someone say that Elvis did not use his voice to sing this song, but he used his soul. Any thoughts or stories you would like to share about this time or this show would be appreciated. Thank you for sharing what you already do.

Hi Danielle , billy and Jo.. I loved watching all of this - I’m hoping this message will reach you . I’m in Australia and they recently aired this so called documentary called “elvis women” each week they go through a different episode of all the women who were with Elvis , starting with his relationship with his mother and how they believe that changed him , elvis nurse spoke and his step brother as well .. Priscilla is the only one who didn’t sit for an interview but there are some things being said by these other women which are a bit questionable. Anita wood did not speak btw she didn’t want to do it was her daughter who spoke on her behalf and told her story.. would love your thoughts on this documentary as it’s very confrontational they way they paint elvis Again it’s called “ elvis Women “

It sad that he promised all these woman marriage if wasn’t serious about getting married. Who can blame Priscilla’s parents for holding him accountable for promising to marry their young daughter. She had been living there 5 years. To put all the blame on 17 year girl is unjust. Love Elvis but this part of his life was just not right… he left a trail of broken hearts. This video shows Jo sticking out her tongue when asked about Ginger, and clearly she doesn’t like her. Why does she dislike Ginger so much?
@joannemcclure3546 Жыл бұрын
I think Billy and Jo are despicably disrespectful towards Ginger, they should be ashamed of themselves, plus they were disrespectful towards June Juanico who they didn’t even know or know anything about. They get a lot of money from their channel and these talks that, in my opinion, after hearing how disrespectful they are and wrongfully opinionated, who knows if anything they say is truthful. After hearing their blatant disgust for both Ginger and June, I won’t ever believe them again. Billy was a friend of Dick Grob who is a proven liar and who started blatant lies about Ginger, and Billy and Jo perpetuate them to this day. Very shameful.
@dondiegodelavega1412 Жыл бұрын
I think because Ginger accused Billy and Jo of lying, when they told about what Elvis told them about his supposed "engagement" and "planned wedding" with Ginger. Elvis told these sweeteners to Ginger to keep her with him. Elvis had no intention of getting married again.
