I’d have built that box out of foam. Would be a lot easier to remove but the wood will do. Project is going great I love it

That thought was there but I didn't want to penetrate the vapor barrier with stakes if I didn't have to and I was worried about strength with just the foam.

I'm not a concrete guy, but based on how big both the house and garage are, plus the 2 porch areas, I assume the pour will be at least 2 days. Where does the little helper get to put her hand prints ????

Not for mesh. They lift it as they pour. Rebar typically uses them though.
