Finally! A Beginner Dance Flow You Can Actually Follow

Wonder why some beginner Aerial Hoop flows look so hard? I will try to walk you through this 4 step flow and how you can modify it based on your level.
This video is structured based on the 4 step, starting with an update on how I have been warming up lately. I hope that makes it easy for you to review steps that you need more time with🙃

Although I have been active on IG, I really miss all of you in #aerialfam on KZbin! After 3 years of non-stop posting videos, I took a 6 month break to give room to allow me to create better content for you. It's not excuse but juggling between a job and learning aerials and creating content have not been easy. Thank you for this great video! I have been practicing aerial hoop for a while and have this problem: the hoop always stop spinning halfway of my flow, it just can’t keep on spinning. What could be the reason for this? Thank you

Great question. This happens to me everyday too. It's us who is killing the spin. The short answer is, engage your core and continue to be very strong the whole time. This might sound hard to understand but it's really feeling the center.
