Appreciate your feedback, Kevin. I’m a big fan of the Dominik & Patrick’s work at the Maro Bros channel, as well as the likes of Enes Yilmazers of this world. Needless to say, their work is at quite another level vs mine! Having said that, my goal this year is to insert more B-roll footage into my video tours (and perhaps drone video as well!), but needless to say, the editing required for this will be a challenge! Pls be patient with me and make sure to hang around, and hopefully you’ll start seeing the level of my videos improve as time passes 👍

Having said that, I will add a disclaimer in my description stating the property may, or may not, still be available at the time of viewing the video. Sorry for the delay in responding as I just saw your msg. It's been a while since I did that video tour - a stunner for that price, so it didn't take long before it was sold shortly after the release of this video. That person was the listing agent for the property, so we had to do it with him. I've shot another property subsequently to this one, but it never made it past my editing standards & hence was never published. You'd be amazed how many tours I do that never get posted as I just couldn't cut down, edit or fix what we had shot... Cheers!
