You wouldn't be able to use a portable ac unite? Those doesn't alternate with the apartment ! Just a removable tube that you stick outside the window! Life savers! We can't install ant ac in Sweden as well in rentals, so those are essential during summer 🥲

My boyfriend got an aircon unit and it’s life changing! Not a fixture, same size as a humidifier and it’s honestly life changing with UK heat atm and was 260£ highly recommend

I'd love to see the rest of your vlogs from America! Also I'm really sorry to hear about your hair - I actually suffered from telogen effluvium late last year and early this year, so I can completely understand how your feeling. Mine was caused by prolonged stress and a toxic working environment, but it can also be caused by so many other things. I have to say from an outside perspective I really haven't noticed a difference in your hair (which also gives me some piece of mind, as I thought mine was completely obvious)! My hair is growing back now, but I'm in a really awkward stage of having two different lengths haha. Don't worry, if it is caused by TE it should grow back just fine. I hope you're well, and I'm so happy you're back vlogging again!

It’s so crazy to me that most windows in England don’t have built in screens! I live in Canada and I’ve never seen a window without a screen. I can’t imagine the amount of bugs that fly in 😅

Haven’t commented in a while, I lost my mum very suddenly on her birthday last January, brother passed also very suddenly aged 44 in October & then my father spent 6 months in & out of hospital up until May, so I’ve been helping him get back on his feet. I’m still in the process of moving into an adapted bungalow myself, they’ve just finished fitting a more adapted kitchen & bathroom, & they’ll be installing electric windows at some stage (due to the positioning of my sofas, I can’t reach to open my windows, & I literally can’t put my sofas anywhere else!), I’m desperate to open all my lovely windows but I have no neighbours one side, just a forestry area & a whole ton of insects (welcome to the countryside ! Lol), I’m also planning on getting two kitties who will need to be indoor kitties due to a main road (I’ve had cats my entire life, at most I had 6, lost my beautiful Millie 3 weeks before my mum, so it’s been a bit difficult). It got to 44C here in east anglia last summer (and I still hate summer, due to my disabilities I can’t regulate my body temp so i just feel awful - so I really do feel for you!) - can’t thank you enough for recommending those window shields. I got a magnetic curtain for my back door, but wasn’t sure what to do with the windows. Genius idea!! You’re looking radiant at the moment :) so glad you’ve found your people. Wish I could find the same but fear im just getting too old now at 37. Keep living your best life 💗 xx
