Plus she's young and can get away with styles that those of us _of a certain age_ couldn't. On top of that, everything _slows down_ as you age so better to get her hair healthy, figure out how to keep it that way and make any other hair mistakes in her youth which right now will give her hair time to _Recover!_ Good video.

Naya, about the 8 weeks video using rice water, should I wash my hair after each application of rice water or can I just wash it on the last day? Does this water cause dandruff on the scalp? On the other hand, how many times per week is the application carried out? I like your videos.❤️❤️❤️

You can wash on the last day and I would advise using it 3-4 time a week and you can do 2 weeks don’t over do it as you don’t want protein overload

If you want softer hair: 1. Shampoo weekly. 2. Deep condition weekly with a plastic cap and hot towel for 30 minutes. 3. apply daily leave in lotion-like detangler and leave in cream conditioner and a plastic cap and hot towel for 20 minutes. 4. Detangle daily with a wide toothed comb.
