I've noticed that sometimes when she's talking to him she calls him Dad. But when she's talking to us about him she always calls him Doug. I usually call my dad by his name, but when I'm talking to a friend or family member about him I call him dad. Interesting to see different family dynamics :)

This is a good question! I started calling him Doug like 7 years ago because I thought it was cute and fun and now it's a habit I can't break 😂 My dad low key hates it, but Doug just stuck so that's what it is...unless I need to ask for a favor and have to switch to dad for the moment ;)

The Doug interactions are so wholesome. I don't really have a decoration method or strategy. Once I move somewhere where I plan on staying for a bit longer and know the place is good, then I'll focus on decorating. Right now it's just about functionality. But I do have decor items I've purchased along the way packed up for when I can use them.

Wow Thai Ramen, will have to give this recipe a go. I recently started my home cook ramen journey and made Japanese Tare sauce a salty and umami flavour filled base to enhance the taste of my Oyakodon dish and Shoyu ramen, I highly recommend researching and trying it out Tare. Also I enjoyed the genuine dynamic duo team going on this video.

Do you think some KZbinrs are more successful than others because the luck of the draw? Even though they have the exact content? I noticed you have less subscribers than some KZbinrs and they have twice as many subscribers as you but they have a lot less viewers on their videos than you. I see this a lot. Some KZbinrs do really well when they launched their channel and tank a few years down the road. Do you use tags?
