As an Australian to me it’s hilarious when Americans say 7:30 is early. Most of us have already started work. We’re usually exercising before work at 6am. Least my family is and majority of the rest of the Gold Coast where I live that are into fitness. You see people walking their dogs and lots at 5:00am.

Lol I feel like QLD is completely different, you can't speak for all Australians. 7.30 is early for me. I get up early when I'm there but I don't in Melbourne. People work from home a lot so there is no need to anyway. And a lot of people don't exercise early. If I got up at 5am I'd probably vomit!

The Commonwealth games are on here in Australia at the moment and diving has just been on and I was thinking too bad you aren’t in a commonwealth country they could really use you on their team! Shelby you are as good as any I watched that medaled! 🏅👏 and as for the property featured I go to my sisters when in Texas when home and I have taken note of the place by the lake to check out for a get away next visit.😊💕

Why is there no talk about how the vacation rental investment can result in the loss of principal. I dont like the company's high pressure sales tactics of only talking about the upside and how they "sell out" quickly but not about the fact that investors can potentially lose their entire investment. For that reason alone, I would never work with this company. SEC has been very clear about their stance on this type of marketing but obviously are lacking in enforcement.

Never feed horses from other people. Horses can't throw up, they just get colic and die. For example tomatoes or cabbage are deadly for horses. So many things are. Also you never know if that particular horse has allergies.

Love that you’re looking at an interesting modern design for Joshua Tree but do yourself a HUGE favor and pay for an architect. A draftsperson will not make sure all the details come together seamlessly during construction. Because you can’t count on the builder to understand the draftsperson’s vision and see it through assembly. I guarantee what you see now on paper/screen won’t be even close to the final result. There are reasons why people pay for architectural services/management and this is just one of them. Trust me on this, I have many years of experience.

You should have checked out the small town called Salado which is close to where we live and I actually worked for the Gaines Farm in China Springs which is close to Lake Waco hopefully your having a great time in Texas!!! Didn’t know you were coming to Austin (where I was raised and refuse to leave)! I have never heard of Live Oak Lake but just realize it’s an AirBnB in Waco. I will have to tell friends about it looking for wedding venues but most of us don’t venture out to Waco. Love Chip and Jojo but who the heck pays 1k for a painted “grocery” sign. Lol If you guys have time you should go to Jacobs Well and to Casa Neverlandia (best place for photos that you will be amazed by) and a fun “small Texas town” to come see is Georgetown, TX (30 min out of Austin). It has the best little Main Street with fun shops, restaurants and breweries that you can take your beer/wine go with you as you continue to browse. Have fun and WELCOME!
