Kirby, I have to say this has been my all-time favourite series I've ever come across on KZbin. You've shared the beautiful work of the greatest cowboy boot maker through the most elaborate videos and all those who have followed this journey here can agree that the following episode is going to be something truly special to see. Thank you very much for sharing Lee's work. It's refreshing to see the incredible attention to detail that both you and Lee possess to ultimately having created this series and the most beautiful pair of custom boots. I'm sure these boots have found a warm place to stay in your heart. All the best, Kirby.

He is so comfortable with being quiet. I think that's very rare. Loved watching him work.

My mother wore a 9 1/2, AAAA shoe. My step-dad had a pair of white western boots hand made for her. With the pointed toes, they almost looked like needles! LOL 😉 She passed away 41 years ago. I still have those boots! Couldn't wear them, but couldn't give them up. 🥴

What perfect timing as he’s in deep thoughts looking over his tools, the church bells ring out so loud ! Just created such a old craftsman vibe! I can imagine the people working so hard back then! And the bells ring out and it just sets such a picture in the mind.

I am so sad that the boots are done. What a fantastic journey you have chronicled, I got to see a master craftsman at work. Lee Miller where perfect is good enough. Thank you for sharing. One last visit coming.

What a treat to watch the master in action on here, would be nice to watch him perform every time he’s in the shop working his magic. It’s therapeutic and almost hypnotic to watch.

Kirby, this has been an absolute joy to watch. I have started every episode thinking I would just watch a few minutes of it only to find myself fascinated from start to finish. You have become a great interviewer since I started watching you; however, the way this series is simply the sounds of the trade and Lee’s gentle commentary/explanations through out has been so unexpectedly enjoyable. I would love to see a similar series with other bespoke tradesmen. Maybe a similar series with Graziano & Girling is in the future? I am sure you’d enjoy another excuse to get back to London!

I'm sure I'll never be able to afford a bespoke pair of boots from Mr. Miller but I would love to hang out with him during his whole process just as you have here, Kirby. Thank you for sharing this amazing and so informative video series! I'm so blown away by this!

A full riding heel keeps you in the saddle when you are roping. That is the reason for its shape they position you feet properly in the stirrups. They also can have spur counter for your spurs to sit on.

This is so amazing and the amount of hand crafted labor is incredible. I see so many ways to make a mistake and screw up all the hard work and only a true craftsman can process all these steps without issue's

Even though you mostly wear pretty conservative business wear, I suppose this fills your need for something Texan as yourself are from Texas. So on that note, do you plan to get a proper cowboy hat made someday? or perhaps you already own one?

Manny Gammage's Texas Hatters is down in Lockhart about one half hour away. Manny left us a few decades ago and his son succeeded him. I am not certain who runs it now. Lockhart is the Texas Barbeque Capitol of the world. Austin has some very good places also.

I hope Kirby does a video on procuring his boot cut trousers to wear with these. Perhaps a hard English twill? Uhh, Kirby, unless you are on Rodeo Drive, the pant leg always goes over the boot. For men, anyway.

Really nice video. Though maybe a bit much advertising. Mr Miller has a very likeable way of showing and describing his work. I also especially liked the kids playing sounds in the background. Everything together had something wholesome. Sorry for my bad english.

And now I make my exit . Kirby we share Sartorial taste but I’m a tall shaft beetle boot guy .Just got into ten hole Balmorals. But I absolutely love my Cuban heeled zip ons and my curled toe winkle pickers got dang it! I wouldn’t trade em for the world, just love the way those pointed up curl toes peak out from under a suit trouser .Anyways I also own two pair of zip on western “styled “boots (made in Italy) and they are extremely form fitting with very elegant contours might I add .but that’s as far as I’m willing to go. I wince my eyes at the beefy bulk of traditional cow boy boots. Just Not for me.
