I think what gets me about videos like this is that so many of my personal places from my childhood are gone. My school torn down, my video game arcade turned into someone's law office, shops where I bought my D&D stuff and plastic model kits replaced nail salons and pawn shops. It's nice to see something endure, even if it is in a changed form.

This really illustrated the situation well and I felt I went on the rollercoaster with you. Great Job. Peri That extra prop that you're talking about is the self-destruct " countdown mechanism" from the miniseries V. They had to insert two "keys" for it to activate. really, these vids always get me in the feels. Growing up in germany I have seen episodes of the cult 80s shows like Knight Rider, Airwolf, Miami Vice, Riptide (I loved the nerd hacker in that show :) ) only sporadically, so while i loved them I never got that attached since I never really was able to watch it regularly in order, though I remember them very very fondly. But you really manage to draw me in with your clear love for the show. When you finally realized where the rooms are you had me grinning with relief and even getting a bit teary eyed. Can't wait for the next episode and kudos for the people from the school for allowing you back with even more access, really cool.

My favorite feature of KITT (from whenever I caught any of Knightrider) was that he could propel himself without Hasselhoff’s character driving (which I also enjoyed about the Transformers). I think I’ve commented previously that my legal blindness prohibits me from driving. I hope I live to see self-driving automobiles hit the streets for real. 19:17 Could I borrow (or purchase that DX-21? (Half kidding.) I wouldn't watch through the whole series. I don't recall this episode. If you are a regular watcher, you may. I do recall one episode where they controlled the car using a game pad or something now. Pong video game controller that was it, one episode may of been season 3 or 4.
