great video.. a bit complexed.. but i will give it a try. Yes please, I would definitely like to see the case where the Ai assistant would summarize the task in some way and send me a report on whats going on and what i need to do next. That would be super valuable to me.

Wouldn't the easier solution be to use the new calendar, push the notion tasks in the Google calendar,integrate the calendar on your mobile device and use the notifications from there?

That’s a great idea, but not yet possible unfortunately - database entries remain in Notion and are not synced into Google calendar. You can just see them alongside your calendar And you can’t use calendar typical features like repeat or reminders on them (yet) But once Notion adds that functionality, definitely the way to go!

@@mfreihaendig Isn't it possible to link Notion and Notion Calendar to a specific database via PC? Notion Calendar has 2 way Sync with Google Calendar. You can already receive notifications from Google Calendar. At what stage can't it be done? With Make, I can get a maximum of 33 notifications per day. This is not suitable for my micromanagement needs. There are a lot more than that.

Great Video!! I was wondering if I can get the user's email from the person who is logged on Make. I was trying to filter the email from notion and make, with this I think i'll be able to send a notification individually

Hmm not sure this is possible - on make, you need to authorise the module and connect it with a specific smartphone app What you could do is add a router and add separate modules for each user who needs notifications and then use filters to route only tasks assigned to that person down a certain path Should work well as long as you don’t have a large number of devices 💪🏻

Thanks for the video - isn't the problem though that a new reminder item will get created (and thus duplicated) every time the automation is run (every 15 minutes)?

Not sure whether I forgot to include the clip about that, but to avoid that, you can just add a checkbox to the Notion item and then have the automation check it once it creates the reminder - then, you can filter out all checked items for future runs 😎

I'm having issues where every time I try to connect make to notion, it redirects me to a browser I'm not logged in on for notion talking about Make. After that I'll log in and input the key from notion and on make it says it's connected as "My Notion Internal connection" but in notion it's not connected. Any suggestions?

I take it back, got that connected, however I'm getting a runtime error now for the first step of testing the first Notion function. I'm getting a runtime error that says: [400] body failed validation. Fix one: body.filter.or[0].checkbox.equals should be defined, instead was `undefined`. body.filter.or[0].checkbox.does_not_equal should be defined, instead was `undefined`. Origin Notion Does this mean it's originally something I need to fix in notion to define the checkbox?

@@mfreihaendig I'm so close! I'm trying to do the final demonstration you showed but wasn't able to get a push notification/reminder made on my iphone. I have the preferences within my iphone to allow make to create a reminder, but it'll only show up in my "history" tab labeled "save a reminder" Any thoughts?

I'm trying to also connect an email to each individual notification so that I can be notified of who to specifically follow up with based on a "Follow up on" date cell in Notion. Right now it'll only notify me in "make" with one email when there are multiple emails that each have a "follow up on" date that's the same and a "remind me?" checkbox selected.

I would like to have these notifications done by events date/time in the same fashion as calendar reminders/notifications. Currently I get notifications from notion calendar but only for events created from gmail. I use a database for time blocking and would like these to notify me by date/time. I tried your make trick and it worked however I dont know how I can create a variable to trigger these chronologiclly during the day. does that makes sense? thanks
