I'm a full-time mechanic, and I use a flip top cart for diagnostic tools and computers. A roll box for repair tools, and a stationary box for storing special tools. As I upgrade my work tools I take the extras home and put them in my garage. Never throw away tools because you may need a crappy one to modify

You could also use the glove box for somewhere to mount fuses relays etc. You could cut the back of the glove box and make your own box in Their to hold it, then you could just open glovebox door to access it and it would be hidden and out of the way.

The attach point is solid welded or bolted to the frame. The quick attach point can be anywhere, like the the receiver on a hitch.

Yeah tools for the track or road trips is cool. Older stuff that works but may get lost or borrowed at the track. New tools and equipment are a tax write off for your business. Always a good choice
