Great video’s! Great optimism showing the pros, but I also feel your pain. My brother and I visited Mexico City for a week back in 1994 and had all your problems x10. We worked for grounds crew at Continental Airlines in Baltimore back then and we could fly anywhere for $10 stateside $20 international, and would fly anywhere we could on our days off. So to Mexico City we went. Imagine traveling internationally without gps, translator apps, Uber, cellphone or better yet the internet. We managed to pay a cab driver to tour guide us at least 3 days out of that week. That was a big help but when we set out alone, the staring was so bad to the point of cars passing and pointing at us. I also heard the word negro, so that dispels the point some of the comments made on your past vlogs that it was maybe because you were filming. Over the past 30 years I’ve come to understand a bit about homogeneous cultures, and that this is quite normal. At least I had my brother with me. You remind me so much of my sister, who moved to Hollywood alone in 1990 at age 19 to start a career and never looked back. Respect to you💪🏾

I went on that same airbnb experiences tour. It was super fun and that little plaza was very interesting. Seemed like a good hangout spot to meet people. It is also very close to a dangerous area across the street from the food plaza.
