for ur future builds pls ignore the 80 plus rating, thats just power efficiency, it doesnt say how good the power supply components actually are. a 80 plus platinum 250w psu can have crappier components than a 80 plus bronze 500w psu

For future builds he better not ignore the most important thing in his system. Idk about you, but having a Not at all rated case is no good

Let's assume that our power supply delivers 300W to the system but actually draws 375W from the wall. This means that its efficiency is 375W/300W, which equals 0.8 or 80%. Those additional 75W produce nothing but heat. Platinum is 90%. Also remember every dell computer comes with a rated power supply for a reason. If dell understands why you shouldn't be going "you don't need it"

Congrats. I work with an i3 8100 that is powerwise the same as an i5 6500 and I put a GTX1050TI Low Profile in it and its doing very great. Games like RDR2 on 1080p mid-high settings and textures on ultra is about 25-32 fps. RE8 runs fine on about 40-45 fps.

I was thinking of testing out Linux of one of these systems! I was going to try to see if that would improve sales!

@@gabecapps Linux could help with those systems you might get a bit more fps on some games. I would pick a distro something like Linux mint or maybe Pop OS. something stable and quick but can try others if you want.

Did you try running Diskmgmt in windows and repartitioning and manually assigning a drive letter to that HDD?

Congrats sir! You are right to finish off those builds before buying more. Otherwise you end up with 8 half finished ones LOL. I would just finding a little vacuum as the blowing dust out in your room leaves someone’s DNA in the air 🤢 Plus, buying those cans of air starts to add up after a while. See you in the next one!

I plan to start cleaning them outside using a vacuum or even maybe a pump from an air mattress!

@@gabecapps You could try and use a vacuum cleaner, but with the hose connected to the back instead. It works surprisingly well, kinda like one of those duster cans.

@ClohOrtega Are you meaning a shop vac? If so, it would definitely be a good investment!

@@ClohOrtega I use a mini shop vac. Something like what car guys use. It is a shop vac, but very tiny. You can use blow or suction. I come from the car world so that is just what i am used to. I have seen those handheld ones computer guys use, but considering how nasty the PCs I find are, I need something more substantial. Also, since it is not handheld, you don’t have to clean the filter every time you use it. Mine is a 2 gallon but actually one gallon would be ideal. Something with a rechargeable 18v battery would be pretty sweet.

nice vid but the i7 6700 can handle even a 1070/1070ti thats kind of a waste of cpu tbh... if you had another i5 instead of the i7 it would of preformed the same

I know, it is a shame that I have to use this, my current pc has the i7-6700, and I have a 1050ti, so I know how much more it can do! I am mostly just clearing out inventory!

I think the goal was just to clear out inventory. Plus that is almost exactly the same specs and the PC he used before the video where he upgraded his setup came out. I’d honestly recommend that one
