Amazing work! I plan on doing this job on my 05 lifted outback. Im so glad you mentioned that the spec b wheel bearing bolts are longer, I appreciate the information you've put out there!

I'm right in the middle of it too. My trailing arms were so rusted, I ended up getting these spec B ones as well. It's kinda a can-o-worms. Never seems to end.

I have enjoyed your tutorial from the start on this full suspension upgrade. Looking forward to completion and the test drive results.

Nope, all self-taught! Honestly I just watch a lot if KZbin tutorials, read forums, read factory service manuals, etc. until I feel I have a good grasp on the task and them just dive in and learn as I go.

Cusco makes some HD sway bar end link brackets that you could have used instead of buying OEM (684316A)
@danielcolucci2672 жыл бұрын
These are awesome, they make a similar bracket to go up front on the LCA's too, 692 477 A (with front subframe brace) (Sorry, I memorize part numbers for a living lol....)

Damn, how am I just seeing these! Might need to buy them... Haha

Dude this build's suspension is unbelievable!!! Are those the Good Ridge rear brake lines?? You said they were from KNS the shop but didn't mention the brand. If so I rock them too on my 08 LGT & they are fantastic!!
@avengednick2 жыл бұрын
Thanks man! I'm super happy how it all came together. The ones I used are TechnaFit rear lines for the brembo swap

You have to tighten all the bolts and nuts of all the suspension assemblies, when the car is sitting on its wheels, at a normal riding height
@avengednick Жыл бұрын
I did that will all bolts except the upper arm that there wasn’t enough room to get a wrench on with the subframe in the car

Hi man, what is that sway bar that you got there? Looks pretty cool

It’s a Perrin 25mm bar

Hey can you give us part numbers for the hub bolts when using the spec b trailing arms plus the part number for the bushing kit for the rear sub frame
@avengednick3 ай бұрын
Ironically I was just looking up those bolt part numbers the other night for a customer project, it's 901000285. I used the Energy Suspension 19.4102 | Rear Sub Frame Bushing Set | 05-09 Subaru Outback

Have you got the source for the torque spec sheet @1:38? I'm doing something similar on my LGT, except with a 6 speed, and I don't want to flip back and forth through the service manual to find all of torque specs.
@MeliFelipe2 жыл бұрын
Disregard that, I found 1 page with all of the values, it is (RS-3) in the service manual, page 2,867 of 4,610
