I think dead zone at least deserves solid. Sure the ending being Gohan bumping Garlic Jr into the Dead Zone is kinda sucky, but I think the action and premise of the whole movie is nice. It has a little bit of (non canon) world building over the position of Kami, going to a whole unique location with Garlics Castle, and some classic Dragon Ball action. Like the fight scene with Goku and Niki and Ginger on the side of the castle. Absolutely amazing choreography at that part. Also some smaller things like Chi Chi and Kami having brief moments of them fighting, the use of the Power Pole and Nimbus, and how Goku and Piccolo are still clearly enemies. Just charms me, I can’t call it bad ever.

so about that broly movie 1 point. i see where you are coming from but you gotta take into context that most people who are gassing it saw it back in the early 2000s when it aired ya feel. That level of ragdolling had not been seen in any prior film then you add the heavy metal in the back, the good fights for the era, and the feel that you got watching it, its def a fire film. Since goku had become a super sayian, we havent seen him get packed up like that . Eating the kamehameha to the face, the multiple forearms, the one liners it was lightning in a bottle which is why the character is so damn popular. But i do get why younger folks side more with the lovable one but im a lil old school. I like my antagonist to be ANTAGONIST with no redeeming qualities. We aint trying to save OG broly we trying to survive and I love that feeling.

To me I will always love Coolers Revenge, the moments that film had literally made me ascend to the heavens (I know im glazing but hear me out), the part where goku transforms into SSJ and then "Change by Deftones" playing had my entire body lift from my bed, i shit you not, and not only that, they follow it up with Cooler getting blasted into the sun and having a revelation of why he lost while "Revelation by American Pearl" was playing, that shit made me love the film to this day and i will forever love it, though i completley understand the criticisms that it has

DBS Super Hero for me is genuinely the best Dragon Ball movie ever. It's the funniest, has the most compelling side characters, cool action scenes, AMAZING score and the 3D look is pretty great in my eyes. The Red Ribbon coming back is developed in a natural way, it has nice side plots (The B plot is literally Goku vs Vegeta), you can name so many iconic shots from the movie (Every single frame of Beast Gohan is a painting) and the characters feel more dimensional and fleshed out. There is a great balance between fanservice and genuine new content. I might be downplaying Path to Power here, but I can't think of a movie that rivals DBS Super Hero very closely.

The Kamehameha scene in the first Broly lives rent free in my head. Goku charged up a Siper Kamemeha as Broly is just walking towards him. Fires it point blank range into Broly's chest, it does nothing. Boly doesn't even block the shit, it just flat out has no effect on him at all. Then the disrepect, grabbing Goku by the hair, and uppercutting him so hard the damn screen shatters. That scene alone puts the 1st Broly movie into FYE for me. Though I do enjoy the movie as a whole as well.

People who hate on super hero hate it for one of 2 reasons, goku isn’t the MC, or beast, MC piccolo and main side character pan is honestly good, the gammas had a very good dynamic, the fighting against cell max was nice to see, the 3d animation works and the special beam cannon looks great. Super hero willl be forever underrated unfortunately because of the blind hate to 3d animation

Nah, battle of gods is mid tier. To me, battle of gods started the inconsistencies that sparked all over super. Aka BS statements of strength like the vegito statement, beerus percentage statement, etc. I really didn't enjoy the fights in that movie. The dbs art style isn't very appealing either to me and as for overall story of that movie it was a 6 outta 10 at best. I kinda found it very weird how the legend of the super saiyan was passed down and known amongst the saiyans but somehow a legend of a super saiyan God wasn't? Also i just don't like beerus. If it was just whis I wouldn't even complain really.
