She made a video a little while ago which you’ll be able to find on her channel for a more in depth explanation but basically she has a condition regarding her kidneys which makes her very ill, hence her having to take medication (which is the reason for her water retention, hair loss, etc). I am a nurse and fluid retention is a legitimate thing especially since your kidneys aren’t removing those toxins and then to make matters worse, you’re on steroids which bloats the heck out of people. People don’t realize that fluid retention can’t just be removed from exercise and the person who said to drink more fluids is a dumbass when most people who have retention have to LIMIT their fluids. People will not understand until they see pitting edema in a person’s extremities and fluids weeping out of the skin.

I think it's inspiring that you don't let this get to you and keep your confidence and spirit about youtube. You’re sick at the moment and you can’t help it. I’ve been through all of these side effects, I know it’s not nice and I know you truly must be feeling awful about it, I know I did.
