@@Kuuu44 lol! I mean I think we’ve just about scraped 6 buckets into shape. We increased 600% revenue within the 6 years total we’ve been going so far. The first year, we profited $100,000 and some change. At this point, we actually have 24 employees doing everything from janitorial, new build apartment make readies, restaurant chains and power washing/ window cleaning to cover external. It’s been fun!

These are extremely useful rules for anyone looking to grow rich. Unfortunately, the majority of individuals that see this video will be unable to implement the ideas. We may not like to acknowledge it, but as Warren Buffett famously stated, investing is like any other profession: it takes a certain amount of knowledge. Dave Ramsey says to save on everything, when on his "babystep 2" that is paying off consumer debt. He doesn't say you have to do that forever. After step 3 you can have Starbucks bux or whatever as line items in the budget. And in baby step 7 you are supposed to "live like no one else" meaning you enjoy the money you now have. It is not some eternal misery "never buy Starbucks".

I've long described a difference between poor and broke. Broke is a lack of money and can be fixed with money. Poor is an attitude about money that can never be fixed with money. Consider the number of professional athletes and musicians and lottery winners that go bankrupt. They stopped being broke for a while but never stopped being poor. The only way to stop being poor is to learn about money and change behaviors involving money.
