I have noticed that when I upload a youtube video as unlisted and then link it to my patreon page. KZbin adds a watch later and share icon in the top right hand corner. this is worrying as Patreon could share all my video to there friends and also save them to watch later and cancel the pledge. How can I get around this please. Would really appreciate a reply. cheers!

If you want them to be "private" on KZbin you'll actually want it listed as "unlisted" so you can share it on Patreon.

Did you click on the blank thumbnail play button. Sometimes you need to click that to have the thumbnail pop up.

I haven't tried the Google Drive before. It appears Patreon really promotes KZbin & Vimeo connections. If a paid patron gave a non paid patron their login and password, they could see the video, however they wouldn't be able to share the link. The person would have to be signed into a paid account.

you have put put in the URL link to the video so if your video on the drive has a direct URL address then yes. If it doesn't, then no. Patreon will ask for an upload via Vimeo or the actual URL link.

With the recent updates for video you need to either provide a link or connect to your Vimeo account. You can still upload audio files but it does not appear you can upload video files anymore.

There is NO "unlisted" category in Vimeno. There ids only 1) ANYONE 2) ONLY ME 3) ONLY PEOPLE I FOLLOW and 4) ONLY PEOPLE WITH A PASSWORD Which one is it that you use??

We personally don't use Vimeo, however for this purpose you'd want to choose the 4th option. That should work.

That's a great question and I am not sure I quite understand what you're asking. When you're scheduling your posts on Patreon you can add an unlisted link from KZbin a head of time. Do you need more information about how to do that?

​@@rockhopperadventures What I would recommend is to upload the video twice. Once for the public post on KZbin and once for your unlisted Patrons only post. Since you can't upload a complete duplicate you'll want to either add another slide like "thank you patrons" or change the music and then you can schedule the unlisted on your Patreon account to launch whenever you want it viewable for your patrons. I hope this answers your question!

That's a great question. Do you have the video posted on a website? You would just choose the "url" option and add the url to wherever it's hosted.

@@noga4218 Yes I didn't realize you never added the custom thumbnail to KZbin. You always want to have a custom thumbnail and it's best to have a large title or text graphic as well as an image of a face since people like to connect with people.

Yes you're right. To link up to Vimeo it will be a paid Vimeo account. There are different levels there. KZbin does not allow nudity. So this video does not address either of those problems. I think that's where the 70 something thumbs down comes from.

Upload to youtube 1st, if you dont want it onyoutube too, upload as an unlisted video (only people with the link can view.). Then, copy the link for that video and paste it in the Video/URL section on the "new" post page on Patreon. After that add your tags and etc... & PUBLISH... :) Hope that helps
