Mr Franzese correctly mentioned the unfair advantage the federal prosecutors have by summarizing their case last. My question for Mr Franzese is what unfair advantage does the prosecution NOT have? Consider, it is illegal bribery for defendants to offer anything to witnesses, but prosecutors can offer everything: immunity, money, wit sec, immigration and tax benefits, non-prosecution of relatives (or the threat of prosecuting relatives), etc. In the Madoff open-and-shut case, prosecutors offered no prosecution and $2 million to wife Ruth, and in the persecution (not a typo) of Mike Milken, prosecutors threatened to arrest parents and sibling. There are reasons federal prosecutors win more than 95% of their cases.

There is something I've always wanted to know: Are there any connections between the Mafia or Cosa Nostra with the world of Wrestling? And I don't mean Storylines or storylines within a TV show or Live Show, but if there have been wrestlers, managers or executives (regardless of the federation they have been in, TNA, NWA, WCW, WWF, it doesn't matter) that have had ties, contacts or connections with "some Families"? My Grandfather ran the books for the Luchasse family, he used to go down to the corner café to collect a check like he worked there. I never met him he passed before I was born but my father talked a little when he saw my interest in it. Always thought it was BS until he showed me pictures. Him seeing me starting to grow up just like him, he always always gave me “mafia” type wisdom, he always pounded that the life is/was never worth it but always follow the rules in the life you live. Whether it’s street life or honest living, follow the rules of your boss/company and you’ll be ok. He taught me the respect he had for that life as far as how they were all about rules, no excuses and full accountability. We all know how the family’s started falling in the 80s cause they started breaking the rules like Gotti (along with the new RICO law). Loving these videos and glad I found them

Great content Michael, always! I was just wondering, being from Greece, if you know of a Greek kind of mafia in NY and if you had any interaction. Would be interesting to tell us of other organizations you dealt with, like you’ve told us about the Russians. Did they have the same values with Cosa Nostra, did you respect them, were they as involved as the Cosa Nostra were in all sorts of businesses? Thanks Michael!
