what an amazing episode - this unlocked so much for me!! I have been journaling like this unknowingly for the last 2 years and i can say that it's truly changed my life!! looking back at the journals now, its my life right now! rob - what i appreciate about you and the show is your teaching style, the way you teach these topics really helps lock in the content and i feel so empowered because of that, for being able to retain the information and take ownership of my actions.

Beautiful presentation. Journaling can be fun. Exploring your self is like Christopher Columbus exploring a new country. Relax and enjoy the proses.

I've been journaling since 4th grade for a school assignment but it was in a "Dear Diary" strategy. I've done this through college and when I was working and became a parent, it stopped for a while. I got tired of talking about my day feeling like "what's the point?". After I watched this episode, I now realize that I outgrew the "Dear Diary" strategy and must adapt this "Ask a question" approach to journaling. Thank you! You made someone else feel better today! 🫶

Thank you. This was super good. I knew some of what you talked about, and have done some of it, but you included more details to the journaling process that I was missing to make it more effective.

I would like to start doing a journal, but I'm not sure where to start because it scares me because I am not sure what question to ask myself for doing it???

It should scare you, if it scares you it's your brain's way of trying to keep you in your comfort zone. I promise you that everything that you want in life is outside of your comfort zone "Your comfort zone is where your dreams go to die" #RobDial ✨️✌️✨️

Start by simply asking yourself "What do i really want out of life" Then go deeper Make sure you ask yourself "why? Why do i want this?" You must have a very strong why #RobDial Try to find out what is blocking your potential so then ask yourself why don't you already have it, then go deeper, the why is almost always you. You have to be willing to admit that it's your fault you're not where you are in life, always difficult to do. Even if it's not entirely your fault, it's your responsibility because it's your life. So many people aren't in control of their own lives because they view themselves as a victim of circumstance/s Sounds harsh I know, but this is basically what he teaches... don't let fear stop you from doing this as fear will always be there, you can decide to make fear your friend, as it is there to protect you. Imagine how many times in your life fear has saved you. But most things we fear simply limit our potential. So many people live in fear then die with regrets, see his recent episodes about that one. It's called don't die with regret. N remember the cave you're afraid to enter..... Have a blessed day ✨️🙏 ✨️
