Catching up on your podcasts. I think combining motorhome and boat life in the videos is a great idea. I follow mostly motorhomes but have been 'with' you for years. I'm not particularly into narrow boats or canal life, as some of your followers might be, but enjoy the banter, travel, and outdoorsy and arty vibe which will be the same whatever the means of transport. Keep doing what you're doing.

I (also am sure others agree) am so glad you got Percy and can travel "elsewhere". I've been watching other videos of travels by vans going to Wales and it is absolutely beautiful. After a while, the weather (unfortunately) will get bad with winter coming and you'll be glad to get back on the canals and enjoying the warm fires, reading and relaxing. Thanks for sharing with all of us. Travel safe.

Hi Fran & Rich! We've enjoyed your Narrow Boat vlogs for a few years, and now we get to follow along on your van journeys. We had the good fortune to live in the UK, for a few years and enjoy seeing places we've been and places we missed. Keep it up! We do have a Sprocker spaniel from Suffolk, where we lived. Lola is 6 years old this year.

Ahhh, single track roads. I remember driving on them a lot in the Highlands when my now wife was working in Scotland for a year and I visited a couple of times. We were young .... Years later I did a day trip into Wales almost all the way to Aberystwyth, coming over the hills from Oxford, so to speak. And I was so chuffed when I could drive on miles of single track again. It's just so different, making the surroundings more important than the road. A bit less fun with a motorhome, I grant you, but still, it's just nice. Good journey's with Percy to all four of you! Mind you, never lived in the UK myself :-(. And thank you for showing us the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. I did some research to read more about it :-)

Don't worry about it you gotta do what you want. I live on a boat 62 footer trawler occasionally I rent a car and drive around Sweden. I'll probably head down to Spain pretty soon. Just depends on the weather. Do what you like the biggest reason I watch you guys is I can't believe your rivers. They are so calm and Placid and nice to be on. You should try the Atlantic ocean you really want some fun. Or Lake Michigan back in the United States, where I used to live.
