Like Don sad, a “Leavo” is "a TV show you TiVo and then delete without watching." You’re probably so young (good for you) that you don’t know “TiVo” means to record a TV show into a special box. (‘TiVo’ is a brand name; the generic term is ‘DVR’)

Based on the techs used in this routine, I'd say this clip is older than that. But that it was just uploaded fairly recently. So it's not very likely to have been stolen from a 13 year old clip. Palm pilots were released in 1997. MP3 had a big boom in the late 90s as well. And Voip became common to the general public in the early 2000s because of broadband internet. So either he found a really niche audience who still laughs at his jokes 20 years after they were relevant, or he uploaded a routine from 20 years ago. His style of dress and the video quality also seem to fit better for the early 2000s, than after 2011.

Nothing ruins a joke like adding an explanation. The second joke, pop-up blocker was funny, until he felt the need to clarify it with the added material which was no longer funny. While he can be very funny, he has a tendency to do this a lot which ruins his routine. We are not stupid, we get the joke, there is no need to insult us by explaining it. Thumbs down.

That's a very good point and I agree. However, I would caution any kind of assumption that includes the concept "We are not stupid". That is an assumption quickly proven otherwise.
