Exploring joy through Yoga.
Finding joy in the simplicity of breath and movement. This practice was recorded close to the summer solstice which in itself is a celebration of joy for the abundance of nature.
The practice starts with a seated meditation before bringing you into some gentle postures. This practice is taken mostly from seated, kneeling and supine (on the back) positions. Ensure you have the props necessary in order for this to be an enjoyable experience. I am using a folded blanket, you may prefer to have access to a block or chair.
