I used to be pretty active. I gained a lot of weight and unfortunately became quite sedentary. I saw this video and thought 15 minutes. I can try 15 minutes. Well it was wonderful. I have tears streaming down my face right now as I am so filled with gratitude. Thank you for setting attainable goal for me. I am filled with a lot of hope right now.

I did this flow after work and let me just say I had a terrible day and was so stressed out just now. Plus a poor night's sleep that just made me irritable and unable to cope with my stressful day. This is my go-to video after I finish a workout, or right before I have to do something nerve wracking like an audition. So perfect for calming and centering myself, and for calming down my muscles when they are sore or tense. Bonus- I’ve also noticed I’ve gotten even more flexible since using this video several times a week!! I’m already a pretty naturally flexible and very active human, but my friend who is just beginning his workout journey is not, plus we are both beginners at yoga. However, I felt confident enough in this video to recommend it to him, because it’s so easy to follow, yet super effective, and he loves it, too! Thank you for this!!!

I just wanted to share the impact this 15 minutes has on my morning. I’ve been stuck in a mental rut for the last year and I have being doing these sort of 15 minutes yoga routines not very consistently. I started doing these 15 minutes in the morning more consistently the last two weeks and the difference on my mood for entire day has been nothing short of a miracle for me. It’s taken me out of my head and back into the present moment. I am so grateful for these videos existing and for being so accessible. ❤

I am a Mom with a medical needs kiddo. My cortisol was so bad it has eaten away at my muscles. I am a beginner and this was my first try. It was great. Thank you. Love this flow, I was a very active yogi for the past few years after the birth of my second baby, but then was suddenly diagnosed with a leaky heart valve last year that led to heart surgery and a slow recovery, I am still working towards healing but finding your flows that are truly gentle and focused more on mind body have been so amazing for me. this felt great! i haven’t practiced in about a year now and i’m trying to move my body more. so tired of being stagnant. i broke out my yoga mat for the first time in ages and did this flow right after waking up, before i have to start getting ready for the day. i searched for a lot of videos before this, and i’m more than pleased that i was lead here. i’ll be returning to this video tomorrow morning! i’m hopeful that i’ll be able to stay consistent and become more mobile and flexible over time. thank you 🖤

This was an excellent practice for my body which was full of tension and tightness in all the places you focused. I have have chronic struggles with PTSD and anxiety and your videos are becoming my go to. I also practice with an instructor for military veterans. It is my first time doing yoga. I have been dealing with lack of sleep, and my mind is all over the place. This is my 3rd time with your classes. I do feel relax when doing it. Looking for a better mind control and body flexibility. Thank you!

Brilliant! My anxiety has been exceptionally bad this past year. I thought I felt a panic attack coming on, so I searched “short yoga.” I tried this and it was JUST what I needed! I’m definitely saving this for the next time I feel panicky. Thank you so much, Kassandra ❤
