Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I'm going to take you through this 15 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. No props are required. We'll finish our class together with a few rounds of Box Breath - Sama Vritti Pranayama.
This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you're experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself. We'll start with a bit of mindful breathing before going into our yoga poses. Enjoy!

Same here my G! Fu*king bliss. That stuff makes me sometimes cry like a little 🐱 but at the same time help me to start my day earlier and feel better. Worth a shot. Just stick to it for few days until it becomes a habit!

I used to be pretty active. I gained a lot of weight and unfortunately became quite sedentary. I saw this video and thought 15 minutes. I can try 15 minutes. Well it was wonderful. I have tears streaming down my face right now as I am so filled with gratitude. Thank you for setting attainable goal for me. I am filled with a lot of hope right now.

I did this flow after work and let me just say I had a terrible day and was so stressed out just now. Plus a poor night's sleep that just made me irritable and unable to cope with my stressful day. Then I did this flow and just felt it all melt away. I'm still tired but feel focused and able to put my day into perspective. Thank you so much Kassandra 💖

I just wanted to share the impact this 15 minutes has on my morning. I’ve been stuck in a mental rut for the last year and I have being doing these sort of 15 minutes yoga routines not very consistently. I started doing these 15 minutes in the morning more consistently the last two weeks and the difference on my mood for entire day has been nothing short of a miracle for me. It’s taken me out of my head and back into the present moment. I am so grateful for these videos existing and for being so accessible. ❤

Thank you SO much for all of your wonderful classes. They have completely transformed neck and lower back issues that I was having and made such a difference to my wellbeing. i wasn't feeling bad but i was kinda tired and exhausted, my period and a really bad stomach ache ended up draining me. now i feel better, relaxed and my hips and neck are really thankful for the stretching. thank you ♥

This is my go-to video after I finish a workout, or right before I have to do something nerve wracking like an audition. So perfect for calming and centering myself, and for calming down my muscles when they are sore or tense. Bonus- I’ve also noticed I’ve gotten even more flexible since using this video several times a week!! I’m already a pretty naturally flexible and very active human, but my friend who is just beginning his workout journey is not, plus we are both beginners at yoga. However, I felt confident enough in this video to recommend it to him, because it’s so easy to follow, yet super effective, and he loves it, too! Thank you for this!!!

I think I want to do yoga every morning before work. It’s really nice to let to tension and stress go. I like yoga because I know it’s still working out my body without all the heavy lifting

this is the best guided yoga i have ever done! you have such a beautiful soul and wonderful outlook on the practice. i find so many videos where they try so hard to be perfect and show off different poses but you keep it simple yet effective. you are such a refreshing and genuine person in the youtube yoga community, keep it up!

I join Kassandra almost daily in the morning but today I did not have the time and I was really stressed about something from the past night. I found some time in the evening and did this practice. ILY Kassandra! I can't stand yoga videos UNLESS IT'S YOURS. You are an incredible, gifted teacher. LOVE your cat, hahahha, so natural and real, brings me a heart-warming smile. The stretches were good for my body. The breathing exercise at the end of the stretches was excellent. It's the first time in a long time that I have been able to completely silence my mind and concentrate,wish it was longer. Thank you so much Kassandra 🙏❤❤❤

Thank you for this ❤ I have been doing yoga since childhood..but I stopped after giving birth and it's been 3 years, I was hesitant to start again thinking that my body cannot do what it did before.. I am a Mom with a medical needs kiddo. My cortisol was so bad it has eaten away at my muscles. I am a beginner and this was my first try. It was great. Thank you. My range of motion, joints and hips are very tight. This was all I could do today. Thanks for the short videos that aren’t overwhelming. 😊

I had just finished and sat up to do the breathing technique when my dog started rooting around in the blankets on the couch. He was really on a mission! Made so much noise I started to crack up and couldn't be serious anymore. He and Kassandra are good medicine.

Today, I decided to start up the usual intermediate yoga routine video I did 5 years ago. Nearly pulled my hamstring & my left foot almost went into plantar fasciitis mode! Love this flow, I was a very active yogi for the past few years after the birth of my second baby, but then was suddenly diagnosed with a leaky heart valve last year that led to heart surgery and a slow recovery, I am still working towards healing but finding your flows that are truly gentle and focused more on mind body have been so amazing for me. I would love more classes like this. I’ve been having flare ups of fibromyalgia and my neurological issues, so this gentle practice was so good.

This was a great way to start my week. I would highly recommend this practice to beginners who are new to yoga because it's slow-paced with simple instructions and basic poses only. I especially enjoyed the simple box breathing exercise at the end

I just love short and gentle yoga practises like this one. I've been doing yoga for a looong time but I still like it short and sweet because that's the type of yoga I can stick with!

This was an excellent practice for my body which was full of tension and tightness in all the places you focused. I have have chronic struggles with PTSD and anxiety and your videos are becoming my go to. I also practice with an instructor for military veterans. But on the days without her classes, I always go to you now. Thank you for making your videos free. A blessing.

This is perfect for me. 6 months post lower Back fusion. My core needs help and I have minimal bend at the waist. Now to pair this up with another of your 15-20 minute yoga routine and I will slowly get some back and core strength. Thanks

Brilliant! My anxiety has been exceptionally bad this past year. I thought I felt a panic attack coming on, so I searched “short yoga.” I tried this and it was JUST what I needed! I’m definitely saving this for the next time I feel panicky. Thank you so much, Kassandra ❤

i wasn't feeling bad but i was kinda tired and exhausted, my period and a really bad stomach ache ended up draining me. now i feel better, relaxed and my hips and neck are really thankful for the stretching. thank you

I love your classes! I’ve been doing this one for several weeks to help me stretch and regain my flexibility. I’ve been unable to practice for sometime due to some back issues and this is getting me back into action. Also, my cat loves to watch your cat during the video. Thank you so much for all you do!❤
