A short grounding practice to help you feel more connected to yourself.
Exploration of standing postures from mountain pose through to balancing in Warrior III. You will then be guided towards the ground for further inquiry from kneeling and in supine.
What does it mean to feel rooted? To take root in yourself? Contemplate this as you come to the end of the practice.
