Everything about u just drips compassion - even down to the time of week u post (it’s so thoughtful to do Sunday evenings when mentally vulnerable people are ruminating over the past week and week ahead ) . It’s really fascinating to hear your view of the world ! ♥︎♡︎♥︎♡︎

The way you talk about your mental health reminds me of my daughter, how she is just tired of living inside her own head. She's only 9, very intelligent, but struggles to explain her feelings. She's just started her own therapy. I really hope your mood improves and the therapy has a positive effect. Sending love and care ❤

You know, oftentimes I can't even explain WHY I feel sad-overwhelmed-emotional-hopeless. From the outside it can appear that one has no reason to be unhappy, but that's the thing it is so not about outside stuff, but more just the inside of our brains. No one would choose to be depressed or anxious, no one can swoop in and just magically fix it for us. But it does help to know others struggle also, we all just do the best we can day to day. Thank you for sharing yourself with us all. 💜💜

Ro, I know how you feel. I have severe anxiety and worked out today that I haven't seen my best friend in person since before Christmas! I had to give up everything I did because my brain just doesn't work and I am constantly hating on myself for it. I'm waiting for a therapist and in the meantime I am trying to just get through every day. So I'm sorry im a negative nelly too but you're not alone in hating on your brain, because mine is hella shit too! Whatever you have going on, you can get through it. From everything I've seen, how you've fought your ED, you're an inspiration and if anyone can win against their brain its you. Sending you all the best wishes in the world lovely, keep going xx

Hello Ro dear! I usually never comment on videos, but I've been watching yours since January of 2021. Just wanted to say, doing crafts is one of the things that really helped keep me afloat during the most terrible time of my life, a couple years ago when I was 20. I knitted, crocheted and painted items to sell or to give as gifts to keep my mind on something real, beautiful, peaceful and productive. You make beautiful jewelry, and I'm sure so many others will think so as well! Keep that creativity coming, it's so therapeutic:) Anyways, hugs and prayers....God holds you in the palm of his hand."Though I should walk in the midst of the valley of shadow, yet will I fear no evil, for Thou, Lord are with me." 💕

You’ve got such a brilliant, unique personality that is now being able to shine brightly now that you’re moving away from your eating disorder. Don’t let those AN thoughts trick you or try to reel you back in - the world needs bright sparks like you. I personally have found that learning about the neuroscience of AN has helped me with understanding a bit better the mechanisms at play behind some of the lingering AN thoughts and feelings. ❤ I'm going to keep this (semi?) short because the only comments I've made were just the last two or three (took me a while to get there lol) and were so long that they probably turned everyone off, but I tend to share so much and I guess have trouble w words. No idea if you'll see this, but I found that I could really relate to dealing and truly struggling w non ed shit (but still having had/still dealing w long effects from mine) that I feel preceeded but also almost affect me worse, esp mentally. Hearing you speak about it in such detail was so comforting in a sense because I cant really connect w many people in real life (w this topic) and tend to dump things on my parents which is not fair to them. If you have never experienced something, you can try to understand/sympathise but you will never really *get* it. Some goes for any illness of course. Anyway efff I went on again 😿😂 hope you feel some relief and comfort soon, lots of love xox ❤
