I was surprised at the old photos of you two. Carlo looks very Native American Indian, Nicky it looks so odd to see you with very dark hair. You really had a baby face back then. Such a cute couple. Something Carlo said reminded me of this line in the movie "Rebecca": You know, I, I wish there could be an invention that bottled up a memory like perfume and it never faded, never got stale. Then, whenever I wanted to, I could uncork the bottle and, and live the memory all over again. That line has always stuck with me, and i so wish we had such an invention. Pictures and videos can serve as a nice walk down memory lane, but it's not quite the same... sigh

OMG!!!! Thank you so much for sharing these photo's! I think definitely now; that would have fallen head over heals for Carlo! But I am 60 year old gay man. I see how young you were; I moved to Lyon France in 1991 because I fall in love in Porto Rico with a French man on vacation. Moved back to the U.S in February 1999 to be with my mother when she was dying; and never went back. I regret little for I had never been happier; but my nephew divorced and got custody of his boy's 6yr. and 8 yrs. Old So stopped working and help bring them up . They both got full scholarships to university. Their now 18 and 21. I look back onto what kind of life the influence of living in Europe gave to me. Perhaps the reason why I love watching your vedios gives to me. I thank You and Carlo for bringing that to me. And from the bottom of my heart I praise you. ♥

Oh my goodness I can’t believe I have the exact same plate, plus a bowl that you were showing in your photo group. I bought 2 plates and 1 bowl for our daughter Carol as she was going on a skiing trip with her class. We were living in Singen, Germany at the time. Possibly around 1983-1986 when I bought them for her. I’d take a photo to show you but I’m about to downsize into an apartment here in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, so they’re already packed into boxes. I was totally blown away when I saw the plates, as who would’ve believed after all these years, plus immigrating to Canada that I would one day see the exact same plates here on your Chanel. Which I absolutely love by the way. I was on a trip to Italy in 2022, didn’t get to Postiano but who knows what the future will bring. 😁🥰🥰🥰
