Dude, love your work. I've been on a bit of a journey through the body over the last few months. Finding all the niggles and ironing them out bit bit bit, day by day and it's been very rewarding. My girlfriends Dad is a big inspiration he is 73 years old and works out ever day without fail and he can drop into the splits without even warming up, it nuts!

You’re on a wonderful journey my friend. And your girlfriend’s dad is a beast! That’s just awesome!

Nice Vivobarefoots! I have that same pair but they wore out so I bought a pair of Altra. Great when standing all day on feet but they have a bit more cushion then I would like.

These are great shoes. They have the leather inside. Sadly, they don't make them anymore!!!

Tim, great video as always. You have some imagination for different movements. I tried this and I find it a lot easier than doing a shin box with bum on the floor. On that basis would you recommend continuing to do it while the bum is on the ground or this might improve the ground movement. I find it hard to keep my upper body upright on the ground. Keep up the good work.

I play with both, with butt on ground and elevated. They are both different and to different things - and both provide a great way to explore movement. It really depends on the intent of the mover. The elevated version could be a gold mine for opening up the hip flexors. while the floor version could be a great way to provide gentle rotation to the hips and spine. No rules! Other than move and be curious. Thanks for watching!

This''d be my question how we could integrate rollin' in this move, BUT ( a big but) y're faster than I'd comment it below! Strong bodies for strong buddys! By the way: I love to shinbox llying on my back which feels amazing by integrating a deep, correct diaphragma breathing.

Yikes. Twisting is by far my stiffest motion. 😮😢
