Hi Tim! Is there any chance that you can share a few "routines", something like: egg roll 15 reps each side, rocking 20 reps, elevated rocking pushups 2 x 10 reps, single leg deadlift 2 x 10 reps each side, leopard crawl 20 steps forward + 20 steps backward... of course yours would be very much more appreciated

Too funny. I’ve been working on similar routines, for me and others... What you’ve outlined here is actually really great. I like it. I’ve also got a ton of routines on OSi-Online.com. It’s a paid subscription but it may have things of interest for you. Again, your example here is really great. Done every day, a person would find themselves feeling good and strong.

excellent. thank you. another one? dip hip thusters. doing them on the edge of this couch while watching your video. butt to ground and then as high as i can get it. crazier with alternating feet kicking out.

Alex, that’s a deep question. From a physical movement standpoint, deep belly breaths with your tongue on the roof of your mouth - breathing through your nose - these are golden. They help keep your nervous system out of “stress mode”. Also, talking walks, even if only for 10 minutes, can be like a shot of anti-stress relief. From a mental standpoint, practicing what you know to be true helps. This is what you know: Whatever the situation or the circumstance is, it WILL pass. It is only for a moment and you WILL MAKE IT to the other side. You have to know and practice remembering that. “This too will pass.” That, and you’re never alone. I hope this helps some. Keep your head up!

These really nail the backside. Those shoes are Vivo Stealths - the original version. They don’t make this one anymore. Which is sad...
