From movement perspective, I do lots of crawling, pushups, carrying objects in and with my arms, and pull-ups. I'll think on a video. Thank you for the question.

Hi Tim ! Love your ideas and your tone ! But do your patellas thank you for all that pressure applied on what looks like a hard surface ? What's your take on that friendly criticism coming from a French fitness enthousiast ? Chris
