In the 1960's every Sunday mutton was fixed in our house and our grandfather would go early morning to buy the meat. Had never heard of chicken then.Sindhis too have recipe similar to dabba ghost called FOTE JO MUTTON which is cooked in pure ghee and caradamoms and crushed pepper served added just before serving

Naanu Paya is a puny hole-in-the-wall takeaway joint without any seating. Naanu is an everyday Sindhi name, but the place is run by a Catholic. The Paya Soup is average, and Amritsar Da Dhabha outside Khar Telephone Exchange serves authentic & tastier Paya Soup, though Papu Paya at GTB Nagar is legendary. They also make a killer Bheja Tawa Masala there. GTB Nagar also has a Champaran Mutton outlet where they use clay pots in their preparation. Perhaps you guys should do a piece featuring non-veg joints in GTB Nagar.

Mana ki free me kha ke aaye ho inb sab restaurant pe jake isliye negative nhi bol skte.. lekin thoda to genuine bol dia karo kuch.. sare hi restaurant pe sab kuch 10/10 dono logo ko 😂😂😂😂 Isse acha hota ki 200-300 rs dish ke khud se pay kar ke thoda honest review hi dete 😂😂😂

This cannot be a coincidence that you visited 3 different restaurants of the city.. ordered different items over there. And not one but 2 people simultaneously reviewing food of 3 different restaurants, but not even a single word of average review. Each and every item was the best. No chance of any improvements. 10 out of 10 for everything. Not even 9 out of 10. Please yr. Everyone is adult here. Don't try to hide behind these silly questions. The hotel where these two went to eat meat, they are probably not aware that what they are eating is actually beef and not goat's meat, because the tube of goat's meat is small and thin and if this hotel is selling this dish for 280 to 350 rupees, then it must be beef because goat's meat is sold at the rate of 700 rupees per kg and if we talk about beef, then it is 200 rupees per kg.(आप को इस होटल के मालिक से पूछना चाहिए की आप हमें जो खिला रहे हो वो बड़े का गोस है या फिर छोटे का।)

The mutton is garbage in most of the places in Mumbai. The preparation might be good, but the meat is rubbery and tasteless. I suspect that they use sheep instead of lambs.
