You go door to door asking "Are you the enemy?" And if someone says yes, you shoot them.

+Steven Ladd I saw them 37 years ago, sometimes little changes or needs to change. Love the bit at 5:50, I remember being advised to always owe your corporal money to avoid being used as bait for enemy fire lol.

Very interesting techniques. The film quality is a little off so it's hard to see some of the features described but the explanations are clear enough. Also they chose to save money by using live ammo. Granted they went through a few privates but now they don't need to worry about paying retirement benefits.

This is very interesting. But why did they make these videos in the first place? Wouldn't soldiers be getting a live demonstration on these things? As far as I can find, The US and British armies are the only ones that made training videos such as this.

Manas Surya All these films are for is to supplement, and help soldiers visualize what they read in class or in their field manual. These are training for mock battles, and therefore it would be a wast of money to conduct a field exercise, when you could just show trainee's this video.

Quite interesting after playing Airsoft many years most of this ways to spot enemys seem to come naturally in the field, but limited to 70 meters of range, don't want to know how dangerous could be to fear real fire from a km away.

Load of rubbish. These guys would be dead within 24 hours of setting off. What sniper team would take a protection team of men to protect them. as they dig? Also what machine gunner would shoot in the middle of the night to mask their digging noises? Waste of ammo as you can't see what your aiming at but. the enemy can see your muzzel flash.Thay would give the position away, Sorry but your dead. brings back memories though as the M1A1 or FAL is the rifle I know.
