You can also find out about two other gang members and what happened to them. During the epilogue when you meet Charles in Saint Denis, he mentions that Leopold Strauss was captured by the Pinkertons some time after being kicked from the camp. He died in custody without revealing a thing about his old gang. And you can buy a newspaper, I forgot from which town or if it even matters, that reveals that Reverend Swanson lives in New York and is a successful priest at a church there.

I know right and what gets me is Dutch never hardly did anything. He always sat back on his ass and had Arthur do his dirty work. Or he might rob a train or something. And that was towards the end The rest of the time he stayed at camp and just bossed people around. He was no leader he was a coward a money hungry coward if Sadie Charles and John split the money and they all got $20,000 that would have been $60,000 back then that would have been over a million dollars in today's money. They would have had enough money to go to Australia or Tahiti or wherever and have a nice home built or a couple of homes built on some land where they could all still be a part of one another's lives if they wanted to and just put in work like a farm but Dutch wouldn't stop. Even when he knew they had to get out of there he still put everyone else at risk. I wish Arthur didn't get tb though. But him getting it and him dying is really what set the game off his story

Exactly I 100% agree For me it just feels more empty I wish we could play as John with Arthur still around but then again I just want more and new things to do I like revisiting the old campsites though it makes me reflect on what happened I feel like R* made this game so realistic where it feels like you've actually lost someone or a home The story mode before the epilogue has such a cinematic feel that has a very emotionally based story or story telling idrk but it just wonderful and then the epilogue feels much like a dark void sure there are still things you can do but it just feels like it's missing stuff at least for me

I didn't played the first game so please no spoilers, but on the credits It show pinkertons (or the bureau, I don't know) looking Micah's corpse and then trying to understand by who he was killed (they probably looked for him because he was the rat, maybe with the intention of killing him too or doing some other things like blackmailing him). So after the knowledge that Micah was killed, they probably deduced that It only could have been and old associate of his from the Van Der Linde gang, which make them start to investigate as the credits show. In the end they find John's Ranch and start planning what to do with him. Sorry If I have written something wrong, english is not my first language 😅

i've met mary beth and peason, i also think pearson ratted on john to the pinkertons as he was asking so many questions of john, so my theory is he squealed and then the agents take johns son and wife hence the start of red dead 1

John Marston put his real name on the bank documents when he got the loan for his ranch that's how they found him

@@dylanrich69 if that was true how come they didn't find him until they discovered micah's body, john had been living at beecher's hope for a long time before then, could of been the postman that gave him up as john gave him 2 names, i suppose we will never really be sure how they found him.

Wish you could find Dutch. I did find out that if you go to Arthur's grave his spirit says hello John. Visited Lenny and Hosea's grave sites in Lakay but their spirits don't interact with you as Arthur's did.

I thought of somthing today and it involves Arthur Morgan.When you are John Marston and are in a fight or gun fight Arthur makes you stronger and gives you a bit of more health and energy to fight more or kill more.

The way the characters just skip over authur , they ask about him and then just move along like he was just a nobody . He killed all the legendary animals , all the rock carvings , found all the treasure, donated and split the gangs share after each mission, made sure the camp had everything , and died with high honor

Not sure how much more content they could squeeze in before you get to the point where you're starting RD1.....Now, THAT would be a badass DLC( to me anyway), if we could get an upgraded, but complete RD1. Put in some filler content to make the transition a little smoother and you've got yourself an entire 2nd game's worth of dlc. I'd even pay for that.

I went to see Pearson after the Epilogue and didn't get any of the interaction at all. Though when I come in he says "Hey John". :(
