I don't have nightmares I control my dreams But... This one time I couldn't So I can change my dream to my liking or if I have a nightmare I open my eyes or close them so I don't get scared opening eyes makes me wake up and when I close them I just see black so this dream is making me cry now fuq so uh yeah it still scares me because I know they are still here So anyways to the dream so I transitioned to this nice cartoon little pond place with trees and passages plus it was bright and I realized it was a dream and tried to change it... I couldn't and the dream reset to the beginning so I tried again then it reset so I stopped and tried to open my eyes.... I couldn't then it reset then IT came this entity it wasn't apart of the dream it was something else it was... A demon or something and took the form of a young girl and said stop I don't remember what they really said but I was scared as fuq and I screamed in the dream My brother said he heard silently scream while he was playing video games and it reset around 10 times so I sat down and cried when it came up to me and said the most spine chilling thing I ever heard You will never escape In the deepest voice I ever heard some times go by and I grab it and pin it to the ground then I felt I could leave now so I did I saw it when I opened my eyes well right before I did I saw this face it was melted with black dead eyes with blood dripping from them then I was awake and I cried for a while I was 8 or 9 but the one thing is that.... It's still here I'm 12 now

great video as always! I think the clearing might be where the person who crashed the other ship landed, and I do think you might be right about it having been the trader. he seems like the resourceful type, and whoever crashed that ship salvaged literally everything they could from the ship, even the parts that you were unable to. If I had to figure out a narrative to explain those two islands (and possibly several other things while I am at it): trader crashes ship on small deserted island, and goes to find something to do in order to survive. he makes his way to the nearby forested island, and makes a farm in the clearing, probably starting with corn, as it seems to be the main natural plant there. (I know you can't actually farm corn, or eat it, but he already seems to be able to do other things that you can't do, so why not.) the farm attracts bots, as all farms do. he manages to escape, and the bots destroy the farm he set up. he makes his way to the mainland he sees your ship approaching on some sort of device he made using parts stolen from the ship, and hypothesizes that you might crash in a specific location, and sets up the tutorial farm for you, so that he will have someone to mooch food off of later, then builds his trading station, having given up on fighting the endless war against the bots. (while it could also have been one of the caged farmers who set up the tutorial farm by your crash site, it seems less likely to me, as there was a plant already there when you got there, meaning it was planted recently. the farmers were all caged at that point, meaning the only one who could have given you that initial farming location was the only other person in the world not living in a cage: the trader)

A few things. Hopefully not too long. (I really like that you are consistent on making more SMS videos! Thank you for the entertainment!!) 1. In my world, the tile with the big dirt area that's on an island in your world, is on the main continent on my world. (So RNG when the worlds are built?) 2. In my world, I also have smaller dirt areas that have a little pond next to it. They start with a few soil planting spots as well and have wheat fields around them. Also on main continent. 3. Can you make a door for hank so that you press a button to open and close it, instead of removing/replacing metal blocks? 4. I've read from other people that you traveled to this world in search of the other person that crashed here. So, maybe in future updates, if they add a story with quests, one will be to find the other person's crashed ship. (At least, I hope they do something like this, where they add story and quests to survival.

Potential buoyancy explanation: Buoyant force is submerged volume×density_of_water×g. Since the letter 2 parameters clearly don't change, the 1st one must. So, wood must have a lot of cracks in which water can flow. Wood2 must have fewer cracks. Wood3 must have even fewer cracks.

You know what I think? I think that the huge clearing is a placeholder for something plot related down the line. This game is tile based so they could easily update that clearing to include a new building further down development. They already added lights to some of the ruin areas so I know it's possible to do.

i just got scrap mechanic. i see why this is being commonly uploaded! i probably won't find these things, but im enjoying it nonetheless. I think that the trader was sent to complete the same objective as the player, to turn this planet into an agricultural master piece, but, same as you, when he got there the bots had gone haywire and he crashed his ship there, there happened to be that forested island next to it, and he cleared out that area for a base. He eventually couldn't hold his ground against the Agribots (Boss Bots) and got pushed of, he found that location and slowly built the hideout, and found people in those abandoned villages and brought them to his hideout, and saw when you crashed. He went over there to help you but you were passed out. So he set pu those signs and the packing stations so that you could survive. So that when or if you ever found him, you could help him and the refuges out by trading the fruit and vegetable crates. That's my theory.

Re:perfect base spot - it would take a lot of resources, but I think you could have a water pump at the nearest water and run pipes back, and then build a bridge across to the mainland. Probably not worth it, but it'd be a great long-term goal.

I understand your confusion with the buoyancy, when adding metal to the wood it is molten hot thus burning a cavitation and then the craft bot seals it up, like Swiss cheese

What you really need for scouting is a scout car with a huge unfolding tower so you can see broad areas of the map at once (and not be in a frenzy to steer/control a thruster-plane at the same time). That's what I did. Definitely ain't no second crash site in my spawn. Got a second mechanic station, fruit & veg packing, tho.

That clearing might be where they built the base in the trailer but their tile generated differently and that's why you did not have the watering hole and they wanted to show it because no one knew about it

this is why Scrap Mechanic needs a map system. then you can see where you have/havent been, and then that would most likely make things easier to find. like with the spaceship, it's obviously in an area you havent been to yet, so if there was a map, you could open the map, and see the areas you havent been to yet, and then go to them and most likely find the ship also, LURE TIME!! so, there's obviously you, the Mechanic (im talking about the Mechanic people play as) and then there's the crashed ship on the island that is labled "3" so this means that there is atleast 2 other ships on the map, one of them maybe being yours. what if there were many ships that crashed, and what if all of the Mechanics from in the ships had the knowledge of how to build the totebots, hay bots, tape bots, and the farm bots, but whenever you crashed, your Mechanic lost their memory, and no longer knows how to build them, and what if the other Mechanics are building these bots, and sending them off into the world, not knowing what they are actually going to do. and also, since there's the ship with the number 3 ontop of it, let's say that the orriginal ship is actually ship #1, where's the second ship? is it crashed somewhere? or did it not actually crash and is it in the sky somewhere that you cant see? and also, where's the people that were flying the ships? we know that the Mechanic that players control is the owner of the first crashed ship, but where's the owner of ship #3? is it the trader? and even if it is the trader, how long has he been there? i mean, he has this entire area for himself, and you trade all of these things with him to get more stuff. but now, the question is: what is he doing with the caged farmer? you trade them in, but then you dont know what they actually do once you've traded them. is the trader the one actually making the bots? and is he taking the caged farmers and making them into the bots by either like, putting their souls into the bots? is there a machine that he uses to turn them into bots? or maybe the trader lived on the map in the first place, saw you crash on the island, but didnt know if you were good or bad, so he created the bots to defend the island from whatever threat you might be, and might be pretending to be good? or maybe it has nothing to do with the trader and maybe whoever owns ship #2 (wherever it is) is the one making the bots! and also, why are the tape bots only at the warehouses (other than with high tier raids) and with the encrypters, is there actually something more to what they do? one disables the ability to build/break, the other one disables the ability to use the connection tool. but do they actually do more than what we think they do? and why are they there in the first place? and speaking about warehouses, at the top of every warehouse, there's this room that is closed off and you cant get into it. what's in that room? what secrets might be held in the room that we cant see? maybe there's some sort of secret item in there, tool, vehicle, or is there's another type of bot in there that has been locked up for later use? or maybe inside of that room is the reasoning behind all the different bots and how they are created. and also, who's building all of the structures like the small buildings you see here and there and scrap city? someone had to have build them, but who? and also, who made that clearing? was it the farmer/trader but then ended up moving to where he is now? was it the trader? or was it the mysterious owner of ship #2? was it someone we have no information about? I believe that there are many secrets that have yet to be discovered, and it's only a matter of time until they are revealed. wether it be by us, or by Axolot. but hey, that's just a theory. A GA... wait, i cant say that. im the The Game Theorist. IT'S STILL A THEORY!!! i've also dont have Scrap Mechanic, so i cant go and do the investigating myself
