I’m retiring this June after 30 years of teaching (my true dream career) and plan to shut down my own Ruth to start my next chapter as a writer. I’ve read, and enjoyed, all your cozy mysteries. personal experience is honestly the only way that you can really convey how to find your own voice because if you give a blueprint, is it really finding your own voice? is it one of those experiences where if you explain how you did it. people begin finding ways to relate to you & understand how to apply their own experiences to the words of others.
