Edward_san Best part is, you don’t even need to blow 300 bucks on dinner to get something REALLY special. We spent $100 for a bbq including different cuts of marbled Kobe beef for 2 persons, and it was FANTASTIC.

Oh man... You flipped the beef too many times... Just flip once! Cook one side, flip, and cook other side then eat, otherwise some of the beef juice coming out will drop to the grill... and if it's really nice beef, just cook like 1min or less for one side.

When a good-quality animal is raised with care and love, plenty of feed and fresh spring water, the flavour is out of this world. The less stress they are under from start to slaughter, the better .. and of course, they need to be bled and hung properly. There is SO MUCH that goes into producing an excellent steak. Awesome to see someone enjoying it .. after having my own-raised, it's hard to eat any other. Cheers!
