Looks great. Tip: Stick on some felt to your headboard so the bed doesn't leave marks on your walls. We did that on Belle's desk in our previous house and it kept her wall perfect :)

I watched this a year ago and I can't tell you how much inspiration, one might say faith in myself, you have given me to tear out, rebuild and know one day I'd reach that day when I could walk around in my socks with the AC running, listening to the washing machine churn...and have done just that!!! In 1977, my parents moved us all from the city to the country. We lived in a camper (set up on our property), used a makeshift outhouse, and a makeshift shower( using a black hose from our nearest neighbor's house and black plastic around 4 trees). My dad would shower, shave, and leave our camp ground in a three piece suit to go to his job as a CE for IBM. My mom managed to can that summers enormous garden on a Coleman stove. We lived that way for about 6 weeks until our house was dried in. Then we lived in the house another year while finishing everything from sheet rock, plumbing, kitchen, painting, carpet, etc. Pretty much anything within the outer walls. From then on, the poor camper we all lived in ( it was a pop up camper) stayed parked. Don't think my mom had the desire to go camping. Wonder why? You guys did a great job, and I will tell you now, your kids will remember this fondly as they get older. It's a major accomplishment. Pat yourself on the back. You deserve it.

I the first video I saw was when you were announcing the paint color for the livingroom..it looks great. As does everything else. The cat is happy too. I was without a dryer for about 10 months. Hung stuff inside = stiff towels that are hard to fold. Went to dry a load at the laundromat but it came out scented from other people's laundry products. Have a new dryer...everything is soft and dry and not wrinkled. It feels like a luxury. I have to go watch the backstory of your adventure.

I have see many other DIYs spending way too much money on home decors and keep changing too many times which I’m not fond of it like they can’t make up their mind what they want. My decors is very simple and I like yours too. Hi, Sam and Angela! I am so happy for ya'll. I had a 1984 Palm Harbor that needed many repairs but lived in it for 35 years! Palm Harbor was one of the Best in it's day. Retired now..... But I was truly blessed with a 1.3 acre piece of beautiful property in the country. Had a (14×32) cedar board cabin built. Then 2 friends helped me do the wiring and plumbing. Through true faith and prayer.... I cased in all my windows, base boards, and crown moulding by myself. Everything turned out great. Just an Idea.... As beautiful as the inside of your home is now..... I saw a double wide home's outside did in genuine cedar board siding with all windows and trim....I can now 😍 imagine how beautiful yours would be in cedar. Even greater insulation and cedar repels termites too. Life is Good....because God is Great! Love in Christ, Jerry

We live in Southern California. The state recommends setting the A/C at 68 degrees. We actually set ours to 74. It is comfortable. We put a stand fan in front of the A/C and direct it at us, and that makes it a little cooler. And that keeps the electric bill down.

Wow!! I’ve watched y’all’s videos since the beginning and I’m so impressed. You two have done a beautiful job!! We started in 2020 renovating our 1992 Fleetwood 14x70. It’s been a long 2 years. We are about 3/4 done with the inside. My husband had to have emergency surgery about a year into renovation, so that put us behind. We then had to wait till his abdominal incision & inside to heal. We wanted to use Sheetrock, but instead we went with bead board and shiplap on our walls. I watch y’all for inspiration and ideas. Since the inside of y’all’s are basically done, I hope y’all will continue to share any progress y’all do with us. I get so excited every time I see a new episode airing. I’m addicted… lol ❤❤
