I love when Zeus popped up out of the box, so cute! Hope the Dr goes well! I got two of swords cause that one spoke to me. Especially with making a choice for when I got my dog fixed a couple of days ago. She had a low blood cell count and the vet suggested a transfusion. But I felt that she would be fine on her own and she did improve a lot over night. It was nerve wracking to make a choice between the two but I went with my gut. My dog is more like her self now and I’m very happy and more confident to trust myself.

I like the Tarot cards, plain. Kinda spooky how it's been working for me! This week my dog had "a heart episode" and I was afraid I'd lose her, but she recovered and is back to normal...so I'd say this was a great week!

I'm like, five vlogs behind and yet I'm watching this one. It's like starting a new season of a show before you finished the previous season. Why do I do this? 1:16 ::eyebrow waggle:: Also, awwww, AJ is the sweetest. That necklace is GORGEOUS. I own my house so I can hang whatever I want, but I really wanted to use command hooks for some things, instead of using nails. Turns out the textures on my walls means command hooks refuse to stick. MAD FOREVER. OMG Cold weather means it's time for cozy sweater G again. Oh, I am so stupidly pleased by this. 12:34 I'm the real star here. I love that the pretzels match the book cover. How clever is that? I've missed your vlogs. I will catch up with them soon.

I started Ninth House this weekend and I’m almost finished and this book makes me feel things so intense. It’s kind of incredible. It’s a wild ride and I’m loving it. Ooh, I love your curls. I chose the middle card. I started doubting the thing I started my current degree for. Not because it's uninteresting or a bad choice, but because another option is growing more interesting by the day. I wish I could do both (at this moment). I'm just glad the decision doesn't have to make right now. I'll have at least a year for it to come into play. More than enough time to make up my mind (and opportunities to clarify it for myself). This time the card was strangely accurate. As a reflection type thing, I discovered I should maybe reconsider going to the doctor with my breathing problems. I did a lung function test last week (as a part of my degree) and the result was: mild restriction. Now I finally know why breathing feels so laboured sometimes. Maybe it is asthma just like the lecturing pulmonologist suggested 5 of 6 years ago. I'm just too stubborn to go to the doctor for this, but not for other things... Ah well, TMI I'm not gonna have an answer for soon, but you are so open, it invites sharing (both experiences and at least the thought of material good).

Degrees are tricky. Is it possible to swap still? A bit old fashioned but pro and cons list (both in practical “what can I do with it after” terms and which one makes you more excited) can be very helpful in unpacking a difficult situation! Ah I feel you on that more than you know. Although if you suspect it might be asthma it’s very important to get that checked! X

@@BookRoast I don't have the bachelor yet. And some of my courses dive into the topics of one of the specialities I have to choose between in my Master's degree. It wouldn't even be swapping at this point. I just started doubting a bit after some info we got today. It'll probably get clearer before the end of this academic year anyway. My breathing 'problems' aren't really problems all the time. Definitely not as bad as yours seem to be. Although last hay fever season was almost like hell on earth (man those migraines). I do have certain sensitivities I can live with most of the time. At the time I asked I got winded from walking up to six to 12 stories of stairs for excessive amounts of times (something I was quite used to doing). Maybe it's time to go, but I don't really feel like going to my house doctor (they don't make me feel particularly welcome) and I can't switch. But I can't get to a specialist without a referral... Oh, hello 1st world problems.

The irony of life. My mother grew up in a poor large family with 16 children altogether (typical for Irish Catholic family's at the time) and the richer families would jeer the poorer ones for having to drink out of jam jars and not owning cups, now they are a trend lol . Like how I used to get bullied for my glasses in primary school but then it was cool to wear glasses coz they were "cool" lol. I loved the Harry Potter towel. I also donate to charity shops. No if I don't like a book or don't think I'll read it again I give it away. Two of Swords. I have been getting more into my book reviewing but then that means I have less time for my Original Writing so I was feeling a bit torn. So Two of Swords was definitely apt.
