Beautiful!! It was lovely to watch this video, then see these styles in your shop online!! Knowing what goes into a design or item makes it more precious to me

Even though hats are not too fashionable in the USA, I would wear the pillbox with the berries. It's quite chic in my opinion.

The halo is my very favorite, then the pill box! ❤ Thank you!

I REALLY enjoyed this video. I love to buy hats that have been "fallen out of love" with. I clean them and give them new life. You could start a side business and just sell blank hats and let the buyer decorate it themselves. Thanks again for this video !!!🌼🌼🌼

Hello Dianne! That's so great that you like to upcycle hats - you may enjoy a millinery book "Contemporary Millinery: Hat Design and Construction by Sophie Beale" - it has a great chapter on sustainability projects - I've got a video in the works about this at the moment. Also..... it's so interesting that you mention selling blank hats..... I may be working on something really special to do with that..... so watch this space! 👀

Hi, I have a question. The kind of netting you use to fastening hats with bobby pins. where can I try to find something like it, please. It looks very practical for other hair decorations than hats too. Thank you. Yours, Ann

Ilona, how did you learn to design and make hats? I’ve always loved hats. Everyone always wore hats to church when I was a child and teen. Sadly in America hats are not as popular as they once were. When watching the Royals I’m always most intrigued by the hats! Thank you for your wonderful videos. So interesting and fun to watch.

Do you have different engagement rings for different outfits?
@ByIlonaMillinery2 жыл бұрын
Hello! The short answer is yes.... the longer more sensible answer is that I like to collect stones, and on special anniversaries my wonderful husband gifts me a new one. The Garnet from the first half of the video was a lovely memento of a dancing holiday we took in Prague, and the green Emerald in the second half is our original engagement ring that we picked together.❤️
