Great video. I’m a DIY person doing my first quarter panel. Do you have any videos where you slow down and do a step by step guide as the materials needed etc.

Excellent work. Wish I got to do the primer work myself. My shop don't work that way though.

Wondering what product you used for chip guard on that ? And what size tip you sprayed it out of ? Very nice work.

Why do you not use a air hamer. And does your spot welder not work with panel bond. I do both around the wheel weld and in jam

They pick their car up and the quarter panel gets hit again as their leaving the shop 😂

Is it also possible to take out the whole piece instead of cutting it?
@Senkino5o Жыл бұрын
Depends on how complex the panel is I suppose. If you do that the tension in the frame will relax and it will be VERY difficult to replace and have everything fit properly after, big gaps and some parts may not fit well if at all.

Beautiful job. I have a 2001 civic coupe I need this done on. It’s the common silver color and was wondering if it would be best to cut one out at a wrecking yard and take it from there. Any advice?
@WelshyAutomotive2 жыл бұрын
if yours is rusted id recommend getting a new one, if you can get rust free panels from a yard send it!

Yo how do you take out back glass? Is that something that can be done without a glass guy? Special tools to remove and how about installation of back glass?
@mvick07hoppus442 ай бұрын
I did glass, now a tech. A simple cold knife and spatula will take this out in 5 minutes. Install is a razor blade and urethane
