I think Peter’s frustration was valid especially since Lara Jean spent the past however many months convincing him that she’s going to attend Stanford. Intentional or not, she sold him a dream. And when she discovered the truth about the situation, she didn’t tell him (for I’m assuming weeks) and made him look dumb in the process. It doesn’t help that long distance relationships never work, esp considering Lara Jeans behavior with John Ambrose, I’d be somewhat anxious aswell. Then throw in the abandonment issues with his dad, I understand him. Yet people kinda expected him to react with a smile on his face and just move on because Lara Jean’s a nice person and “didn’t mean to.”

@@Millsies-r1z I knew yk who was the real thief bc I read the books but the actor who plays him is so attractive and nice along with his character being nice to Percy so it hurt that he was the one who betrayed Percy it was just so easy to hate him in the movie version bc it’s NOTHING like the og series of books but now it’s even harder than it was reading it bc I have a face to put with the character 😭 (Sorry that was really long need to get that off my chest lmaooo)

My junior year, prom was so bad 😭 there were like no decorations, awful music, no one dancing (everyone just standing around), and bad food (and they ran out of food partway through too, plus no dessert). And I’ve never liked dances anyway bc they make me feel so anxious and I hate dressing up and feeling inferior to everyone else because I don’t know how to do my hair and I don’t wear makeup, so I just feel like an impostor in a dress and I feel awkward and uncomfortable too. All that, combined with the fact that my friend group basically abandoned me this year and left me out, especially ignoring me when I went to the homecoming and winterfest dances with them, meant that I decided not to go to my senior prom (plus they technically didn’t invite me). And I’ve never been asked out before or gone on a date or kissed anyone or done anything romantic sooo it’s not like that was going to happen. (I can’t wait for college next year, I hope I can actually make some real friends who don’t leave me)
