Of all the crochet tuts yours are so good and easy to follow 😭😭 I just made this but with the same hat frame as the jake one and it’s so good🥹 For the ears though what I did instead where you did the different stitches to connect the ears I did a slip stitch and then a double crochet to make it more seamless and using the same stitches!! It made it wayyyy more seamless😁 I love your videos and I’m excited to see what’s next❤️ I’m making the jake one next thank you so so much 🥹🫶🏼

This is saving me! My daughter needs this hat for Halloween. I just wish you said or wrote in the video how many stitches we should have after each row- just to make sure we are on track. Maybe its obvious but does each row just double so, 22 stitches then the next is 44? Is that right? Your tutorial is the only one i can follow... thanks for making me look like Super Mom! ❤

@@sonicilsupersonico441 when you start the magic ring, you don’t chain anything (other than the 1 chain that u have to do when making the magic ring) you dc 11 into the ring and slip st into the 1st dc and then you chain 2 like in the video and just follow what she does and tells you in the video. The 2 chain at the beginning of every round doesn’t count as a dc, that’s why you slip st into the 1st dc and work into the space you slip stitched into. I’m sorry this may not help but I’d say just start over and rewatch the tutorial that’s what helped me and I successfully did the 10 dc

For a lot of crocheters (and knitters) not taking a break can cause back problems, eye strain, joint strain in our fingers/hands and elbows. So it’s always important to take breaks and stretch!!

Can i ask what you mean by 1dc 1dc inc repeat because im a little confused- do you just regular double crochet 2x then the next stitch is just a single increase?

So 1 dc, 1 dc, inc, repeat just means do 1 double crochet in the next two stitches and then in the third stitch do two double crochet in the same stitch and then just repeat that pattern until you get back to the beginning of the row, and yeah it definitely gets confusing sometimes 😭
