That is a winner for the Finnair when customers wants to spend more time flying with them 🥳

Absolutely! Finnair really knows how to enhance the flying experience for their customers. It's all about making travel enjoyable!

Absolutely amazing seats, and the business class is cheaper than most airlines especially for long flights.

They really are, it’s really cool that Finnair put the 350 on the London route, gives people the opportunity to experience the air lounge, in a relatively cheaper way. Thanks for contributing 👍🏻

A350 is my favourite airplane and I’ve flown on both the Finnair and Cathay Pacific business classes, although not the new version on Finnair. I’m tossing up between Oman air and Finnair on our next European trip in 2025…
@GavTheFlyGuy2 ай бұрын
@@Alistarc1969 I’ve never flow Oman, but hear they are ok, from what I’ve seen of them I’d probably pick Finnair, Oman 100% on the todo list as well 😂

Great quality and informative video, so much better hard product compared to most business class in Europe.

Oh wow, you really lucked out on this trip. A special livery, the best lounge at LHR in my opinion and a widebody business class within Europe. That seat is both innovative and exquisite and the service on your flight seemed spot on. Did you get a chance to try the blueberry juice? Really enjoyed this video, thanks a lot for making it!

Really did luck out, and I was super impressed with the way Finnair do pretty much everything. I’m probably one of the only ones thats not bothered by the blueberry juice, maybe I should have tried it for taste test review purposes 😂

I was travelling with BA from PRG-LHR next month and the flight was cancelled so got rebooked LHR-HEL-PRG-HEL-LHR. I’m lucky to have the A350 on the way out and the A330 on the way back

Thats awesome the 350 is immense. Not sure if you’ve flown in it before but you’ll probably love it !!! I’d be interested in what their A330 is like. Thanks for posting 👍

Thanks for report! Personally I'm very happy Finnair use their A350/A330 (same cabin) on several short haul routes, this season to LHR AMS MUC. Also on a mid haul route: I'm planning to fly to Gran Canary in style later this year, Finnair will use their A350 on the HEL-LPA route every day next winter season, the flying time is 6h, flight numbers AY1721/1722.

Fantastic, the Finnair cabin on their wide-body aircraft is really smart. Your trip to Gran Canaria will be awesome, and maybe you will get more of their fabulous service, with it being mid haul. 👍🏼

@@GavTheFlyGuy Yeah curious to see how the Business service will on a leisure-heavy mid haul flight. I really like the new seat, feels like a safe cocoon.

Great video. I’m flying Finnair business class to Bangkok via Helsinki next year and really looking forward to trying this seat on the A350 (agree with you - best looking aircraft out there). I’m flying into Helsinki on an E190 which won’t be as glam though. 😂 Always make a bee line for a Cathay lounge whenever one’s available - love the noodle and dim sum bar.

Thanks Derek, I’m pleased you enjoyed the review. Don’t be so down beat on the E-190 that’s an awesome little aircraft. I am very envious of your long haul trip in the air lounge that will be fantastic as you get a full long haul business service. Let me know what it’s like, and enjoy it 👍🏼

This is what I'm looking for and is severely missing in Europe (short haul). Proper business class cabin, but without all the hoity-toity business class 'crew service' nonsense. Just give me a big private and quiet chair, priority boarding, lounge access, *NO* forced meal feeding which always encompasses of the most disgusting meal options one can think of. Just give me my space and leave me alone. Other than some drinks, I don't want any extra fluff! I'm excited to try this cabin out. It seems they use it on summer weekend runs between Helsinki and Amsterdam. There's nothing inherently wrong with the A320's and similar, but still, I prefer single seat over three-seaters with an empty middle. Hopefully more airlines start to think about how they can please solo travellers with premium seating wishes but otherwise have low further service requirements. More service equals higher ticket, less service equals less expensive ticket. And at the end of the day, all they need to do is get me safe from point A to point B. If I want fancy dinner experiences and be pampered, I'll go to a normal landsite quality restaurant (where I still can choose what *I* want to eat) Props to Finnair for trying to (somewhat) break the mould!

Indeed cabins like this are few and far between on intra-Europe routes, and i totally agree with your middle seat point, however the the flexibility to put it back to an all economy cabin seems to prevail in Europe. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, I hope you enjoyed the video. 👍🏻
