She recorded it at 15 if I remember the Wikipedia article

Oh well that happens when you go through rough stuff like any kind of abuse... so it's great but kinda sad she is so wise for what she's been through. Is it? It's been for the greater good.

Fifteen. I don't know whether she suffered in her young life or is simply a wise soul.

I don't know if there's anything sexier than a confident, dominant, charismatic man....BUT I'm one of those, "Pull my hair, spank my ass, & tell me what a good girl I am" type of girls. Hey, some girls like to get flowers, some like to get the paddle when they don't do the dishes. To each, their own! LOL I do think a little narcissism is a bit of a required trait in being dominant. I also happen to think that you can't love someone else until you love yourself. I've always been narcissistic in some ways. Probably why getting older is playing hell on my psyche.

Once my lover, now my friend What a cruel thing to pretend What a cunning way to condescend Once my lover, and now my friend Oh, you creep up like the clouds And you set my soul at ease Then you let your love abound And you bring me to my knees Oh, it's evil, babe The way you let your grace enrapture me When will you know I'd be insane To ever let that dirty game recapture me You made me a shadowboxer, baby I wanna be ready for what you do I've been swinging around me 'Cause I don't know when you're gonna make your move Oh, your gaze is dangerous And you fill your space so sweet If I let you get too close You'll set your spell on me So, darlin', I just wanna say Just in case I don't come through I was on to every play I just wanted you Oh, it's so evil, my love The way you've no reverence to my concern So I'll be sure to stay wary of you, love To save the pain of once my flame and twice my burn So, I'm a shadowboxer, baby I wanna be ready for what you do And I've been swinging around at nothing I don't know when you're gonna make your move Yeah, I'm a shadowboxer, baby I wanna be ready for what you do And I've been swinging around me 'Cause I don't know when you'll make your move

This song is what im going thru now. There is someone whom I have intense sexual chemistry with and if I get too close, I would have to fall hard but he is poison to me. Im trying to avoid him but desire is sooooo strong and it's hard because I know he wont hestitate to tempt me. I have to pray that God keeps this man away from me. I should'nt give in but the momentary pleasure is sublime, yet leaves me empty and feeling burned.
