Cleaning the cam pick ups literally blew my mind. I told Badboy I thought cleaning the pick ups was going to do absolutely nothing, instead it completely cleaned up the wave form between trigger events.

I heard of the distributor being noisy and was thinking of running a timing wheel off the crank when I got there. I've never heard of someone fixing it before! awesome! I only know the throttle damper on NA Miatas helps give time for the IACV to react and open.

You need a crank AND cam trigger to run sequential fuel and ignition. There arent anyb "great" ways to run a cam trigger on 4age, but someone in the comments mentioned CBY making a valve cover mount cam trigger.

For the injectors, see if you can spot a part number on there. There's usually the injector size on there as part of the part number. Well the Toyota injectors do that if you're running oem injectors 👍🏽

We had the same issue with RPM reading at lucid when we were benchmarking the dual motors. We had the Dyno since 2014 and it only had around 30 minutes of run time a year until 2019 when we started to really use it. But yeah, rust on the teeth and the Hall effect sensor just was sporadic and would jump ~100rpm at the absorber motor. Anywhore

As always , thanks for sharing Why Danst performance ? And not the traditional 20V itbs with XXX manifold.( curiosity). Yes, I prefer the 4agze dizzy or crank trigger than the 24/4 trigger pattern ( I guess 3 tooth off) . But you have the whole team supporting you and on top Grant.

20v ITBS are all worn and antiquated at this point (try buying/repairing the worn linkage). And many manifolds do not correctly align the runners. I also want to be cool and different running GSXR ITBs - no shame. 4AGZE / 24/4 dizzy are old and extremely hard to find now. Badboy Marc and I were talk about how there needs to be a new style cam trigger like a valve cover mounted unit.

@@CMAutohaus True about the aligment on the ITB and the manilfold alignment 4AGZE are more rare, old and expensive to find,either use the crank trigger ( either 36-1 or other use the 7afe trigger on the oil pump. Cam usually as CBY , could be on the cam cover insert ). GSXR look amazing !!! Congrats , I keep following your installation

7AFE trigger is great, but the oil pump itself is weak. Does CBY have a cam cover insert kit?

Also injector stuff, you can use your old injectors and get those specs. I wasn't able to get the injector info on mine so i just used the 7mge injectors I had, then used some washers to fit injectors to the rail and itb's snuggly. You can also just plug the gsxr injector ports, ditch gsxr fuel rail and use 4age injector ports/rail.

In the near future I am going to do a GSXR injector upgrade. But luckily I got a reponse back from Danst: "estimated 240cc injector size" so we should be good to road tune today.
