Cool! The two blasts you're hearing is because the panel is in WalkTest and the techs are going around and testing the devices. Normally it would just sound out the address of the device that was activated but they have it in a special configuration of WalkTest where it only sounds two blasts for each device.

@@tazzy2253 Sorry for the late response, didn't get a notification from KZbin. During this video, the system was in "Walk test 0", meaning that everytime a device activates, the system pulses the NACs two times in a .25 second duration. In normal operation, the system does continuous. As the startling part, was the reason why I decided not to go in the building.
