blessings for synergistically aligning. is it ok to keep the tongue on the roof of the mouth while engaged in this practice? feels so wonderful to get that pericardium 1 in motion as well. yahoo ! 💕🙏

Finally a follow-up on this great series :) Still waiting for Lungs & Liver (which I personally need to work on). I's thinking if it weren't better to put up a daily schedule based on the TCM clock? What do you suggest?

Damo, what is the best way to work with these qi gong exercises? Should we rotate them or focus on one area at a time?

@@madjidmouas3519 thanks! Would like more info on how often to practice these and if they should be rotated or to just focus on one for awhile. I do practice anchoring the breath every day.

@@elyzak333 I think using using the chart of the five elements is an idea, starting with the kidneys :) Check it out more, anyway. Wish you the best in your practice :)

@@elyzak333 practice one or more everyday as time allows. Water, then fire then earth would be the recommended sequence
