I have to agree with Robin/My Unit, that was very unromantic and...not well developed. But it's also very cute XD We also have to keep in mind that all these conversations start off with a friendly chat that turn romantic depending on who you want the person to marry. And I think their conversation was meant to show Fredrick's embarrassing side. The guy is pretty much close to being the perfect right hand man. This conversation kind of shows his minor flaws, which is kind of funny.
