This video comes at the end of a very bad week, and it smoothed out some of my stress, and I wanted to thank you for that. I've read other comments of people saying something similar to that, but until today, I've never had to.

Always a pleasure watching your vids Rod. It's late summer here in Colorado, you always help me get through the long winters as you enjoy your summer. Looking forward to it. I'd never heard of coral trout until I started watching your channel a few years ago but they look like great eating, nice thick flaky filets. I like how you cook them simple. Many people who do catch and cooks use every seasoning and sauce they can think of, ruining the delicate flavor of the fish. Thanks and take care.

I learned a new cooking technique from another ausie youtuber recently. Instead of putting your grate directly on the fire, if you have 2-3 metal tent spikes then you can use them to raise your grate surface and cook the fish at a little lower temp. They store away easy too!
